We have beliefs that we have set up our life around. Beliefs about what is true and what is not. A lot of those beliefs aren’t obvious to us - they are beliefs that we have been swimming in since birth. When we start to do things that challenge those beliefs everything in your brain says no and kicks you back into safety.

Anytime that we do something that pushes ourselves outside of what we’re normally doing, something completely new - it expands your life. You expand beyond what you have ever done before. Every single time that you do something new you expand your capacity for living.

If you have not energetically prepared for it and done the inner work to allow yourself to step out, expand and be seen it will be a struggle. I understand completely why you feel stuck and like you can’t do it. But I am here to tell you that it is absolutely possible to do it AND we get to do it in an easy manner.

When you are around family or friends who do not think the way you do and who are not vibrating at the same frequency as you are you have to do what I call a “spiritual disconnect.” When you spiritually disconnect you have this eye on where you are going and you also have the awareness that maybe the people right next to you might not get it.
“If you feel the call, if you feel the pull that is with purpose. It’s there for you.”
You are being asked to do the work through these limiting beliefs and to push past the walls of your comfort zone so that you deal with your self sabotage and get out of your own way.
