Are you in the flow with money?

“A lot of times we get caught up thinking that as soon as we spend our money it’s gone which is just not true. ” 

Money circulates. Every time we put money out into the world, it goes out and circulates throughout the world and comes back to you. A lot of us are in a scarcity mindset because we get caught up in thinking that once we spend it, it’s gone. 

“The key to living in abundance and having more than you can spend is through not grasping on to money so tightly.” 

This doesn’t mean spend every dollar you have. When you do spend, spend with intention. Spend knowing it’s going to come back and circulate to you. It’s when we spend with a feeling of fear and grasping when we end up putting a constraint on the abundance flow. Think of money as a person -- if it knows when it comes to you that it will be squeezed too tightly it won’t come as easily. Do you like to be squeezed too tightly and held in place? Probably not. Let it be free.

If you’re grasping your money too tightly I guarantee that you’re holding on for dear life with everything else too -- with your time, money, relationships, etc.
