On today's episode we we talk about the start of in person classes in Miami-Dade. We give an update on day two of our weight loss goals and how it's going. There was a brazen robbery that happened in our neighborhood at 12:30 in the afternoon.
Did the quarantine snacks really get us all chunky? Does everyone really know what one should eat or is it a mystery?
We make a decision as to whether or not to go back to the gym. We shout out another great city that's tuning in to us and listening.
