As the CEO of NXTGEN Business Coaching, Benjamin's mission is to help service, retail and online based, family-run business owners from around the globe to create a successful, profitable business that enables them to live out their dreams and stands the test of time so they have a lasting legacy to pass on to future generations.
Benjamin spent most of the the first two decades of his career helping to build a successful, family-run business and whilst he looks back on that time with great fondness, it wasn’t without its challenges.
It’s easy to see with hindsight how all of that could have been avoided and that’s why he launched NXTGEN Business Coaching and The NXTGEN Show. To help other ambitious and driven “family” entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders to powerfully navigate and avoid the mistakes that many others fall victim to.
