Jay shares his path from a Providence College accounting grad to nearly three decades building an investment firm from the ground up, growing it from three people to a firm managing close to a billion dollars before it closed and led him to Grey Ledge. He talks about the philosophy behind his approach: buying high quality, cash flow growing businesses rather than chasing cheap "melting ice cube" stocks, and how that lines up with Grey Ledge's own style.
