Mike shares his 25 year path through financial services, from an actuarial internship to advisor roles at Lincoln Financial Group and a move to Connecticut that eventually led him to Grey Ledge. He talks about the shift from managing a book of clients to leading an organization, what drew him to Grey Ledge's deep roots in its parent bank's community, and his vision for growing the firm's presence along the shoreline in the years ahead.
