Every day, we all make attempts to better ourselves. We go to the gym, we read books, we try to learn new things. But there's a big difference between doing these things in order to become better and actually becoming better. In order to get better at something, you need to do it regularly and consistently. You need to push yourself past your comfort zone and embrace failure. It's not easy, but it's worth it.
