David Pasqualone: Hey, Mike. How are you today, brother? 

Mike Lindell: I'm hanging in there. It's been quite a week. I've been in Denver, Colorado, here, written for the, the, and Steve Bannon called the Trial of the Century, the jury trial this coming Monday, Jan, or June 2nd. My pillow has been attacked and so have I, and it's, it's going to be so important to the country.

He has been sick all week and he's still joining us today on the podcast. So I was trying to talk a little more to give his voice a little rest, but I know he doesn't need that. Right. But basically I'm going to give you my. Summary and then Mike, you correct me if I'm wrong or you add [00:02:00] to it. Okay, so what's basically going on is when the election happened not the last election, but the one in 2020, there seems that there was fraud and the voting machines were counting the votes across the country and all of a sudden, at a certain time.

Pretty much every vote went for Joe Biden instead of Donald Trump. We all went to bed thinking Donald Trump won. We woke up and Joe Biden won. So two plus two is always four men. Line math doesn't. What Mike's been doing the last four years is saying, Hey, I. Based on the data, based on how these machines were built, based on how their specifications not to have access to wifi and Bluetooth and outside devices so they can be tampered with.

That was a protective measure. They did these things, and I've read articles from Mike and from other people where it was from a technology standpoint, almost like having [00:03:00] the best safe in the world, supposedly. But you wrote in Sharpie, the code on the outside. So what happened was Mike saying this is wrong, the voting machine companies, 'cause there's billions of dollars involved just in America.

They're suing him and everybody else who spoke up against them. So they're using what's called lawfare to basically threaten people into silence. But Mike's not being threatened. He's pushing forward. He sacrificed his own wealth, his company's wellbeing, and not sacrificed, but he made that sacrifice where he gave up what most people would never give up for their principles, and then his company and all his people joined together and they're fighting for America.

They're fighting for you, whether you know it or not, they're fighting for me and. All of this together, the media has just beat up on him. 'cause there's a communist agenda and the social media sites have censored him and all this is going on. I'm talking a lot. But what I want you to understand is on Monday, June [00:04:00] 2nd, Mike Lindell and his tea is going up.

Against these companies and the jury will decide what they feel is the truth. 'cause we know there's one truth, what God says in reality, but what they see is truth based on the facts presented is going to be the outcome. And then Mike's going to explain to you how this will greatly affect America. So Mike, first off, did my summary hit it on spot or was I making mistakes?

Mike Lindell: Well, there's a, there's a few details, but the, you kind of, you kind of broad stroke it. Pretty good. I'm going to, I can get, tell everybody here in January of, or in December, this is going to come up in court too. November and December when I woke up, when we all woke up at November and November 4th when they did stop all the machines in the middle of the night and all these deviations happened that would go down to history.

That's what's actually going to. The genesis of saving our country. If they went, if they would've predicted right, they would've stole the [00:05:00] country. And we would've, we would've never known all the, all about these electronic voting machines. We wouldn't have known about the uni party. We wouldn't have known everything that's been uncovered over the last four years.

But I'm going to bring you back to June, November, and December of 2020. When I've seen all these deviations, I look at numbers every day. That's what I do with mathematics. If I see a an ad on Fox News or an ad on CNN or a, a newspaper in Dubuque, Iowa, they have a baseline and I look and if the number comes in that day, what they did in my pillow sales, if it's really good.

Or or bad if it's off. If it doesn't match up, I check into it and find out why did that happen? If you have a bank account, everybody, and you have your bank account shows up and it doesn't match what you think you have, what are you going to do? You're going to go to the bank and they're going to open up their computers and say, Hey, okay, we found the problem.

It was a, it was a programming, whatever it would be. Okay, well when, when this all happened in November, December. [00:06:00] I just couldn't believe that as I started getting the voter rolls from around the United States, and I'm going, I couldn't just imagine like six, 6,000 people marching into Wisconsin and going, Hey, let's go vote for Biden and commit a crime.

Who's with me? There was every state, every county in this country had people voted in that county or state that didn't live there. We're deceased. Now, this doesn't make sense, okay? It's never happened before. With, in this mass, mass, everywhere, every state. So I knew, I knew it had to be done with computers.

My first evidence was brought to me on January 9th, 2021. Since then, you know this, it'll be in the trial. I've used over 35 experts, some of the best not mines in the world that the government's used to two generals, three colonels. And to dig into this now. When I, what? What happened was when we, on February 4th, 2021, everybody, this is very important, date in history, smart, mad [00:07:00] Food, Fox News.

That started law theory in our country that hadn't been done since the 17 hundreds on a massive scale. Okay. And now remember that was the first one filed Dominion and, and other, and others had sent out over a hundred threatening letters. I got one of them. It almost looked like a mafia letter back when I used to bet sports illegal sports back in the day.

I mean, it was a very threatening letter and, when Smart started, then on September four, on February 4th, 2021, following that over a hun, almost a hundred people and platforms, news platforms were sued and, and now. I'm going to fast forward for everybody, and you guys all know my story. Then I never gave up.

I was on Jimmy Kimball and he says, Mike, if your friend Donald Trump had been put in, selected, like you say, Biden was, would you still be sounding the alarm by then? I knew it. It, we had to get rid of these voting machines. They said, absolutely. I'd still [00:08:00] be sounding the alarm. Well. If you fast forward to now, everyone has settled every single one of them so far.

Now there's a few out there still fighting, but there, there trials probably won't go to jury trial or to judge trial till three years from now. Every one of 'em. So far, everybody has settled. Because their insurance companies say, you know what? You gotta, we're going to settle. We're going to settle. Or there's some that are very fishy, like box settling for 787 million.

But yet they're, but yet they're, now they're fighting it. Now they're going, wait a minute. There was evidence. Let's fight Smart Maning. I mean, it's just so, it's bizarre. Well, or, or these individuals and, and news outlets, they had to settle or go to mediation. Some of them, everybody. No money. They just settled that they could never bring up the elections again.

They couldn't bring up the, the fact that we gotta get rid of these machines. Well, I didn't settle and I never would. And I told the public I will never, [00:09:00] ever, ever, I, I told our president a month ago, I said, I will. I said, Mr. President, I promise you your, these four years will not be in vain. I said, we, because he asked me how the election stuff was going and well.

June 2nd here. We are going to jury trial and there's a couple differences of this case. This is an employee that worked for Dominion and then he sued, of course they, my pillow. I like the other two did. He sued my pillow, my pillow's. The only company that was sued. That wasn't a news outlet. My pillow had nothing to do with any of this.

This is an employee owned company. These are people, this is the American dream. These people all walks of life have probably, I, I bet there's more probably liberals and conservatives in my company, you know, than there are, you know, whatever. But they, but, it's not like this company stood for anything about the election, it's just MyPillow.

It's an American dream. And so we're getting we're getting again, well they got sued, but here's the background on that, [00:10:00] everybody, I'm going to give everyone some specifics to really think about here. This guy, this guy that's sued, that worked for Dominion, he was an executive. He his name is Eric Kuer.

Now. What happened is in the spring of 21, everybody remember I told you the first company that sued now? Now the first company that settled was Newsmax and Newsmax settled in April of 21. In a late April of 21. Newsmax settles, but part of the settlement. Mike Lindell can never go on Newsmax again to talk about my pillows.

All the great things that we do, like giving money to the hurricane victims, or I mean pillows or money. Salvation Army teen Challenge, the Fires of California, the floods of Air, the Carolinas, we do it all the time. In fact, in my pillow's bylaws. We have it written and we have a 10% tithe that we tithe right off the top for [00:11:00] all, for across the country.

And we had a whole department that, so all we do is cake needs. And even, even when we've been attacked the last four, four years, when we didn't have any, we ran out of money. We, I have no money left. I put $40 million into the country and it's gone. And my pillow is hanging on by a thread. They've been attacked so bad.

They've been canceled on all the box stores, the shopping channels, and then that fateful day. When Mike Mendell could not go on Newsmax. Anyway, those were intangible sales. Everybody. It was a lift, like Newsmax would, I'd be on all these other channels to do that. I'd go on podcasts and they'd say, Mike, how many veterans are you hiring in MyPillow?

How many, how many people? I was an ex crack addict. How many ex addicts are you hiring? Giving them second chances? And you'd have these conversations. Well, since those conversations were shut down on that fateful day in April. They made that dirty deal. It has cost my pill. Are you ready? Everybody? Over $20 [00:12:00] million in, in revenue.

That's my employee owned company. That's just one outlet and one dirty deal made. So this guy, I went on the air that that night, I didn't know who this Eric Kuer was, and I go, and I knew he was with Dominion and I said, and Dominion had already sued my pillow and Mike Lindell. And I said, I got on my show that night and I said, I.

I'm tired of, but my concern was being blocked. Remember, I had already locked a pillow block box doors. I thought this is just another way to try and silence Mike Lindell and attack my pillow. And I went on there and I called him a traitor. I said, the American dream. I said, you're, I said, you're a traitor to the United States like Brad Rauschenberger and, and Brian Kemp.

I threw 'em in the same basket of all the other people that were blocking me from getting the truth out. That was the only statement I made everybody. And for the next year, I didn't even, I, I knew nothing about this guy. One year goes by [00:13:00] and here I am on the, on the, in the state capitol here in Colorado, and I'm on the steps in the spring of 22.

And this guy served me papers before I go on stage for all the media to see, and he sues Mike Lindell and my pillow. Okay. So for what? Because I said that about what he did to my, so now everybody, it gets deeper. Now this same, this I don't even read it. I throw it on the pile of lawsuits and, and my lawyers filed for a dismissal in the summer of 22.

'cause I don't even know this guy, right? And, and what he did to my pillow, I'm not going to turn around and sue him. I'm a forgiving guy. I didn't want to turn around and sue him. I said, you know what? Just put, this is so frivolous. Just put in for a dismissal. I don't know who he. But how dare and I did say to my attorney, we should be suing him.

I know what it's going to cost my pillow, you guys. [00:14:00] 10 months go by and it gets to be the spring of 23. And I go in for my deposition for this case, and I get in there the night, the night before I read the case. And I was furious. I said, I don't know this guy. I. What the heck did he attack my pillow? And I, I thought it was just another dominion lawsuit.

I was so upset. And I get in there with my lawyers and I'm going in for my deposition, and I go to the lawyers. I go, why wasn't this dismissed? And he goes, Mike, the judge Wong ruled. That she's not going to rule on the dismissal. You're just going to spend all the money. And she's not going to rule on the dismissal.

You guys in our country, if for, for the little pe for anyone out there you could just sue anybody that had more money, sue somebody. And if you, and if you weren't even at the scene, or you don't even know if that, you know, you're not, you're completely innocent. That's where there's dismissals for, I wasn't there.

I don't even know this person Well. If you don't get that first [00:15:00] ruling, if judges don't rule on that, you're going to spend all this money in discovery and they're going to put you under, and you're going to have to give in and say, I wasn't there, but I'm guilty. Like, take a plea bargain. It's disgusting. So I was very upset with this judge.

And I, and I get into the deposition, everybody, and you all seen these go around the country. This is the famous deposition where he started calling my pillows lumpy and attacking my employees. And I went out, you know. I called him a few names, I'll say it right here. But they leaked that out of the deposition that they thought, oh, here's this great, nice Christian man and boy, he said the word a-hole, you know?

And so they thought that that would hurt me putting it out there. Then he turned to the, he goes, Mike, he goes, Mr. Lindell, as I'm telling him, upset with him about the pillows, lumpy, he goes, you know, the judge is going to see this. And I go, well, good for that judge. I got a big problem with her. And I went after the judge.

We're not doing that dismissal and a ruling on it, and [00:16:00] she did rule to give her credit. After I called her out nationally, she ruled the next day she ruled against me. But that's all I wanted. Just make a ruling. I mean, you can make a corrupt ruling, but just make the ruling. Don't take that way out of our right as citizens.

Don't remove that from our constitutional rights. Shame on you, judge. I'll say it again. I shouldn't have took me to go out publicly and, and, and, you know, demand it, you know, and that's what it took back then. And because I'm thinking into the future, you wanna ruin our country another way? Take away dismissals.

Are you kidding me? So anyway, everybody I. Then here we are today. They, they, they fast tracked this kind of, I'm glad because it's perfect timing. We're a year away from the primaries. You guys, if they steal the house and send it back, everything is gone. I'm telling you, we have to get rid of these voting machines and get to pay for ballots.

In County, 132 countries have banned electronic voting machines. [00:17:00] This is it what Steve Bannon called this, the trial of the century. Here's why it's so important. God has shown me, and I know this, this is, this trial. We get there. It is going to be the gateway. This will be the finally to have a win, to have a win.

And this is the gateway that'll, I believe it'll open the flood gates to all the truth that come out in the public going, we demand these machines gone and, and paper ballots. We are working in every state right now. The president came out with executive order. Tulsi Gabbard came out and said, Hey, there's problems with are these machines and.

What we need is the media. We need the media here. I did a, I did a call last night. Everybody 22,000 people were on the line. 22,000 people on this town hall, and my voice was worse than it was right now. But people wanted to hear, they want, you know, they, they, these are people that know what happens if we don't, if we don't win this, and I'm telling you where we're at right now.

We have to be like 132 other countries and save our country. I. We don't wanna be Venezuela, we don't wanna be what happened in Brazil? We, we wanna be Argentina where they got rid of the machines in four months, two years ago. Save their country. This is an attack by Chi China, the CCP, the deep state globalists and the uni party.

Everybody. This you, you can't just say, oh, the Democrats says the Democrats. That no, this is about us. The people, all people, liberals, conservative Democrats, Republican. This is about the people. So we [00:21:00] don't have. Controlling us. Really hit the button. This is that, you know, anybody that's seen the places we're going now with artificial intelligence and stuff, if you don't have the right people regulating that, it's over.

This is so important. I can't even say it. And you know, have I, people said to me. Like Jimmy, Kim, Mike, would you still be sounding the alarm if Donald Trump was, was in? Well, Donald Trump is in everybody, and I've been for 18 hours a day since he won last November. That's all I've been doing. Trying to keep my pillow afloat.

In the meantime, getting shot down. I got the biggest IRS attacks, attorney General of Minnesota is going after my Lindell Recovery Network. My foundations I just got yesterday, I got sure more papers from that. They're going. After guys put in money to see the money I spent, they're looking at to see 10 million.[00:22:00] 

Four months of 2021, I spent $15 million just giving it out to the country. Now you the the IRS is saying, well, we wanna know how does this how does, you know, what did this do? Why can you deduct that? Well, I'll tell you how I got to deduct it, because my pillow was sued when I reached out for evidence and tried to show and look.

They deleted the 2020 election in the spring of 21. That was my evidence. You guys. It's called spoilation in trial. So you know, the but it's, it is just amazing to see the attacks still go on. And why are they doing that? Why would they just walk away? Because one, only one reason. Because I'm a threat to them, their, their, their device, their vehicle to steal elections.

Now, let's just say it, let's just assume that there's one machine company out out there that is completely naive to what is happening with their devices, which is not [00:23:00] true. But let's say there was, if I was that machine company, I would say, Hey, ours, ours don't, ours weren't a problem here. Go ahead and look inside.

They didn't do that. Everybody, and I'm talking about e, s and S, the biggest machine company in the United States. They're out of Omaha, Nebraska, the good old boys. I was at a Senate hearing with them, and they said, they were questioning, are your machines better than dominions? Safer? They said, absolutely not.

All voting machines have back doors and they're all hackable. That's what he said. You know, so at least he was honest. But remember, they're all on the internet. We can't, anybody that says, Hey, we'll have paper ballots and we'll have machines. No, the paper ballots have to be hand counted. There are no machines.

There can't be any machines, anyone that says, well, chain block. How about chain block, Mike, how about no. How about I got a new machine? You can't, you can't get into it. You guys all remember when Apple came out? This is about two years ago, and Apple came out. OTM Cook, he comes out there, you know [00:24:00] that we ma, we're making our iPhones ungrateful and nobody can hack into 'em.

And one month later they said they, I don't know, the gun, whatever they were hacked into, it was a joke. You know, they, and they, they retracted that someone has to put the final little piece in there, right? They're all hackable and there was a big lie by Apple, you know, so no, no, no. Computers are saved in election.

When we, Elon Musk looked at all our stuff last summer, he came out in June. It was one of his turning point in history there too. When Elon Musk got on board, he sent down a tweet. He said, electronic voting machines should not be used in any election. In any election. And here's a guy that's a tech guy.

And that's when he got all on board going. Do you know when he found everybody? You think of Eli when he found with his, the, the Doge program there, all the people that are on that with social security voter roles that, or I mean social security roles [00:25:00] that people are getting checks that are 200 and some years old.

We all, we all heard that, right? And everyone going, oh boy, clean this up. This is crazy. This is terrible. How, how many people listened to me when I bought every voter rolls in the United States, Wisconsin? Everybody. Wisconsin, I'll just give you one example. 7 million, 200,000 names on their voter rolls. And if everyone voted in Wisconsin, that could, it is 4 million, 300,000.

They have 3 million extra names they can pull. Dead people. People that don't live there. Why are they there? You guys need to understand that. The only thing, there's so many things I could tell you, where you have places like Missouri and Minnesota where they, two a quarter million names were put on, added two weeks before the election and three weeks after are taken off the same group of names.

I mean, this is, these are things that come out of the Freedom of Information Act. These are the things we can. [00:26:00] Computers that we're supposed to get. Most states won't give 'em to you. They'll, they'll stop it even though they have to, but they don't. We got one third of the cast vote records for 2020, for the 2020 election, and every one of 'em showed computer manipulation.

Every single one. Now you want some go, well, maybe it just happened then. Let me tell you, everybody we've got. Not hundreds, thousands and thousands of examples, both Democrats and Republicans. We have all the evidence in Kansas where Democrat votes were turning to Republican in real time. We have a lady down in Georgia got zero votes in her own precinct now, three weeks ago.

Here it is. Everybody. This. Then you're going to hear this hopefully all over the news. You're going to hear it on Linde tv for sure. Arapahoe County right here in Colorado in the 2020 election, they somehow preserved before they deleted everything in Colorado. Like Tina Peters preserved hers and she's got nine years in prison for doing her job.

But here we are [00:27:00] in Arapahoe County. And this is all going to be coming out the, if I show you the lines, there's a computer manipulation. The Democrats and the Republicans voted exactly the same. It's a computer pattern. It should be random. It's like past vote. Records of the order of the votes come in. They should be all over the board, but they were identical just like that one movie.

Identical. And they're going, this can't happen. And they had 'em posted, my teams dug in and they they used, you know, they weren't working for me at the time, but they dug in. They, these guys were they just out there on their own not even getting paid. They found this pattern. Exactly. Okay. They found a CAS vote record that wasn't deleted by Jenna Griswold in Colorado.

Now, here's the kicker. Everybody they put. Another set of, they made up a set of fake books and put it up online when they knew they were caught. Now get this, they put it up there, but they made one mistake. They left them both up there. [00:28:00] They left them both up there. So the whole world got to see two sets of books.

So they were caught. It's amazing. So this stuff we're, we're having a, a Monday or a Sunday, or a Monday morning at seven 30. Mountain Time in front of the courthouse. I can see from my room we're having a big press conference. You'll see it on linde tv.com. This group, you know, in New Hampshire or Arizona, audit, whatever it was. Just tens of millions of dollars. I spent money. Then I'm going and people wonder, well, how can we help? David Pasqualone: And hopefully, Lord willing, you know that's not going to happen. And this. Case, ladies and gentlemen, isn't just again about Mike Lindell and, and again, Mike, you are being sued and my pillows being sued. Yeah. Yes. By Dominion and this other employee of Right, 

Mike Lindell: right. The employee were sued by Dominion and were sued by Smart Medic.

They chose to sue my pillow too. And that everyone can, let's look at that. The only company probably ever that got sued, that's like suing. Hey, you walked into a, [00:32:00] it would be like going in a restaurant. They were giving you counterfeit meat on their pizzas or some crazy thing, and you sue the guy, you sue the waitress, or I, I, it's, it's, I don't even know the comparison, but it's like, what did my pillow do?

You're trying to, the only reason you're trying to destroy that is so that Mike Lindell will not have a voice. He'll run outta money and he, no one will care. If he's in the streets bankrupt, then they're not even going to go, you know, it's not interesting then to attack Mike Lindell. 'cause they've already won.

Yeah. And that's what they're doing. They've wanna just oppress my voice and, and God willing, God's protective. I'll tell you, there's times where I've gotten so down and going, you know. Even with God, knowing God, why have you forsaken me? Why can't this happen? And and it, it's the you know, you, you turn around, I get in the word and, and I just have faith that that this all people will look back and say, Hey, this wasn't on our, my timing or our timing.

It was on God's timing. But we all have to do it. When I pray, [00:33:00] I know. I pray about the decisions I make and one of them was not to what? Was not to go bankrupt and just walk away or, or just walk away and do nothing. And sit by, sit by all day long watching tv. I'm hanging out by a pool or something.

You know, and I'll tell you, a great president, he inspired me so much. There's days I would be down and him, and I'd be talking and I'm going, man, this guy is just he, he, I'll tell you, you talk about energy, you know, I think I have a lot of energy. But we would, he would just inspire me. And with all the attacks he was saying, and, you know, and then he even gets shot.

I mean, and I'm going, okay, I didn't get shot, you know? But the yeah, but we're all in this and it's just the only reason, you know, that they my platform that God gave me with this voice, it's all of ours platform. I'm not, I'm not this is a thing where and if you take that away, that voice, it's over. It doesn't matter what goes on out there. If the, you know, we've been fighting the media. Everybody. Will, you see, I just [00:34:00] told you example how this stuff will not be taught. I'll tell you who's not going to be at this trial. Fox News, Newsmax and Salem Media. None of those three will be there. And those who are supposedly our three biggest outlets that have the most viewers watching it, if you're talking right or left.

But I'll tell you who probably will be there. Your, your attack media, probably your local ABCs, NBCs, you might have probably won't have CNN there, but maybe I'm going to call 'em. We just need, we need publicity. So this is another thing you can all do, everybody is you can go to all my social media platforms and just share my top posts.

It's all about this. So we get the word out that this is happening, that this is happening. If you can't, if you know what, if you don't have money to help out, if you can't even to buy product, that's one thing you can do. Pray, pray. Pray for our country and for this, for this trial. And this is a jury trial, everybody.

This is a jury trial. That's another thing that's very unique. [00:35:00] We don't have one judge. Look what happened to our president. Every time a corrupt judge, you know, you could, you know, makes their ruling. This is a jury trial and I can't imagine that unless they go to each juror and go, Hey, you're living with a pretty nice family.

I mean, there's only one truth everybody. There's only one truth. That's what I tell my lawyers. There's only one truth. You wanna up sit and practice me going on that stand, I'm never changing my mind. I'm not making it about something else. I have seen a hundred percent. This isn't 99%. In fact, they said to me, Mike, if you've seen some other stuff that would show you that you're wrong, I go wrong about what?

Is still two the numbers go. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. They go in order. They don't go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 3, 4, 5, and start over. This is not, this is, you know, unless somebody changed how numbers are counted, I will never, ever, ever, ever change. I do my due diligence before I go jumpy into stuff [00:36:00] and you know, such, but anyway this is going to be so important to the country and the world.

I've said it before, everyone can look back. Well, Mike, you know, what did this, do you know when we had the cyber symposium in the summer of, of 21? When that ended, I thought, well, what it do? The media didn't even attack it. They went silent on it, everybody, but it was too late. So many people seen it and so many people there went back to their states and dug in those planted seeds, seeds that now if they're now blossomed around the country.

So you know, sharing, getting the word out that this is going to happen. So I don't care if you go to X Facebook, g my one vocal, just go wherever you live and even if you have whatever, have an. Go share the first post I have every day. Do it every day because every day I'm going to have an update there and, and we then we'll spread the word that this is going on.

We're trying to get a thousand people or more there tomorrow. Why? To get the attention of the media. This isn't going to be any [00:37:00] protestors. There're going to be support testers. That's a new line I just thought of. Support testers. We don't have protesters, we have supporters.

David Pasqualone: When you say, go on each day and read your new post, where is the site you're referring to? 

Mike Lindell: Okay, I'm talking about, let's say you're on, let's say you're on X. Go to real, Mike Lindell and share that. Go. If you're on Facebook, go to Mike Lindell. My, my site. And just share that. If you go to Facebook right now, it's the first post.

I do have to switch to one on X 'cause that's the President doing his shout out for me. I'm switching that today. But let's say you're on Getter or Gap, all you gotta do is go to Mike Lindell or at Real, Mike Lindell and whatever that first post is, you share that we're going to be different one every day.

Putting out there and sometimes multiple what, whatever I have pinned. Share that. And you can share ones underneath it too. But that's you. We, we've gotta spread the word and also it spreads the word for the resources we need for this. We got so many yeah. So many of the people that, and it's not all, and when you watch it, it's not just it's not every show is about melting down the election machines and turning 'em into prison bars. 

David Pasqualone: Yeah. Now, is this specific claim that you are being sued, so if you were to look at this as the jury, they're going to have to make a decision.

And is it Mike, the jury here? Here's the, here's 

Mike Lindell: the gist of it. There. I'm being sued for defamation. So is my pillow, my pillow's being sued, that it was an elaborate scheme to bad to bad [00:40:00] mouth people or to bad mouth machine companies, so their affiliates so that they could make money off promo codes. In other words, get my pillow more in the eye.

The, that's the most craziest thing I've ever seen. 'cause my pillow has lost. 50 million a year since it's happened. It just been decimated by because of these machine companies. Exactly. Exactly. And 

David Pasqualone: for me, sorry. 

Mike Lindell: Right. Just, just one thing and for me, suing me directly, that one's for defamation. That I said that one day I called him a traitor because of what he did as attack on my pillow.

I'm getting sued for defamation. That and that apparently this guy was involved with some, some other stuff in November and December, but I didn't know his name was. They're going to be in for a root of bacon because if there's anything that happened prior to when he went after my company, I didn't even know who he was, and that's what I think they're running into.

They got a big problem there. But to attack my pillow, that should be [00:41:00] the easiest part ever. If they win, if the jury would rule against my. God save our country because it's over everybody. I'm telling you, if you can just go sue a company, because the CEO called this some guy a traitor because he attacked the company.

I mean, I called that one guy and the lawyer, I wanted to sue him, but I, you know, he's out there calling my pillows names and, and my employees. And I called him a, you know, an asshole. And you know, is he going to sue me too? You know, I mean, gimme a break. We do have the 

David Pasqualone: freedom of speech. We can say what you want.

Want. Yeah. You get him. 

Mike Lindell: Apparently not very apparently not with these guys. And this is what, this is all also all about freedom of speech. 

David Pasqualone: Yeah. Yeah. So the trial. Can, we don't have predictions. We don't know how long it'll be. Right. But is there an estimation of how long this trial is planned? Yeah, we do know that 

Mike Lindell: it starts Monday as jury selection is Monday morning.

We're doing a press [00:42:00] conference at seven 30 Mountain Time. You can go to linde tv.com everybody and tune into that. It's going to be, it's going to be huge. The trial starts that day then, and it goes it's, but she broke it down into hours and I believe I, it's like 60 hours. So they think it would end somewhere around June 12th.

David Pasqualone: Okay. You 

Mike Lindell: know, it's, so, it's about a 10 day trial that is set for it. She might have to kid her little clacker a few times and tell me that my, my answer is long enough because I tend to give very long answers. That's alright. You know that, you know, they but there's, she limited to eight jurors in Colorado, I think, or federal law.

It's it could have been anywhere from six to 12. I believe she put in eight. And you guys, I'm sure this judge does not she has no love for me because I called her out on that dismissal. But remember everybody this is jury, jury decides this, and 

David Pasqualone: yeah, why eight? Why an even number, why not [00:43:00] an odd number?

So there. Is this? Well, I think it's gotta be unanimous. It has to be unanimous. Okay. 

Mike Lindell: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I believe it's gotta be unanimous. That they I haven't heard anything different. It's a real, you know, it's a federal trial. They these, these lawyers, I'm sure they're expecting me. On the other side.

'cause my lawyers keep going. You can't do what you did in your deposition. I'm going, you know what I said, I've been in a lot of courtrooms. I think I know how, how to behave in a courtroom. Depositions. I either get an a plus or an out. There's no in-between. I think depositions are the biggest waste of time money wise for people.

Insurance company, everything that ever lived. I mean, you've got all those hours and hours of depositions, everybody, you know, we're using of that. Hardly anything. If anything, it's crazy. It's like I just don't, I don't get it. At least, you know. And, and then the other thing too that I think will come out of this trial at least I'm going to push for is it shouldn't be.

That a case. Now this is the other Dominion [00:44:00] case. They predict it won't even go to trial for three more years. Everybody, they were the first one that sued me in my pillow in February of 21. Now let's think of that. You run, you run 10 to $15 million in seven years of discovery for what we got. My lawyers went and got like the old lawyers I had that was a million dollars a month or whatever they were charging me.

They went and got like 8 million. Emails from Dominion. I go, you guys, who cares about their emails? I don't care. I wanna get rid of these machines and go to paper ballots and count it. That's where it's at. Just gimme what? Show me. Gimme some data from some of these elections. Gimme what's in, let's show 'em what's inside these computers.

He should be able to do that one. One of the things I'm going to say in the trial, I'm going to go and I want y'all to think about this, is, is you know, if there was, if there was a bunch of, pillow, pillow companies out there, and all of a sudden the public goes, Hey, there's rocks and knives, and all these pillows.

And the first thing I'd do if it was my [00:45:00] pillow, I would open up and say, not in my pillow. It's beautiful, patented, fill, and but the other, but that's not happening. And no, none of 'em are showing inside. Oh, it's proprietary. E, s and S out of Omaha, Nebraska, the biggest one in the country. They, they a shown you thing because it's, these things are on the internet, it doesn't matter the brand.

Everybody. They say, oh, they're not online. How do you think you get your reporting? You think somebody rides on a horse to New York to give us the reports over the air on election night? No, in the old days you do it, you did it with paper and then you did it by phone. You called in numbers and it went back with a paper.

Now it's all online. Everything's done with a computer and everything is hack you. You don't even have to hack in. The codes are right there. It's just disgusting. And and I'll tell you so. What they've done then by suing everybody is you don't even get to look. Even though we as a people paid for every one of those machines and they're, and just in at Louisiana right now, [00:46:00] that Secretary of State is thinking of buying more machines.

You know, it's unbelievable. You had georgia, when I came in Georgia, $110 million worth of machines and seven years this curling case versus Rasper where the, the, actually one of the guys coming to my trial, Halderman, he's a lefty. But he hacked into the machine and this, a year ago, January, in front of the judge and flipped the, flipped the whole election with a ball point.

Ben and this judge now was trapped. This case had been going on for seven years. Everybody, now she's trapped. You know what? She's not going to rule on this before the election. Well, I was, not only was I right then I'm going, then somebody must have got to her. 'cause you know what she did? After seven years, she threw it out on standing.

No standing. This was Democrats and Republicans as plaintiffs. This was Democrats started it, this lady. So it's maybe out of fear because it is the same judge that said that she ruled. If you question these machines, [00:47:00] you're not a conspiracy theorist. She ruled that. You know, and she ended up with, but you know what, if it doesn't get out there publicly, it's like it never happened.

Fox News Newsmax and stuff, they didn't count that the other, the other CNNs of the world. They're not saying that, Hey, you can go ahead and dig into the machines now and you're not a conspiracy theorist. You know, I said this to Jimmy Kimel when I see, if you all haven't seen it, when I was inside that claw machine, which everyone says, my lawyers don't like that.

No, we're not going to show that one. I'm going, you know, that makes, that made you look bad. I go, you know what? Everybody knows why I did it. It wasn't, you know, Kimmel said I couldn't come out unless I was in a inside of a carnival game because I wasn't vaccinated. So like, Hey, if that's the only way I gotta get the word out to embarrass myself, I didn't care.

But the first thing Jimmy asked me, he goes, Mike. You're inside a, you're inside a Carnival Claw game there, and you have a fetish or a thing about machines. How do you feel about that? Or whatever you, you know, you wanna get rid of these machines? And I go, I go, Jimmy, remember when we were kids and all these [00:48:00] carnival games, we said they were rigged.

And he goes, yeah, Mike. Yeah, yeah, we did. And I said, well, we didn't get sued, did we? 

David Pasqualone: Yeah. You know exactly, and neither 

Mike Lindell: did the, and neither did all the Democrats. Everybody from Amy Klobuchar and the movie Kill Chain Kamala Harris. We have over an hour's worth of tape Every politician Democrat known to me.

I wanted to get rid of these machines. Amy Klobuchar even names the brands and they didn't get sued. They didn't get sued. This is this. So this, this case is the gateway to so many things from how the courts are run, how the, you know, the length of time you, you shouldn't have to wait seven years before your trial goes to court and they bleed you out of all this money.

Then whoever has the most money, you know, we're not in our country, we're not loser wins or lose. I mean, loser gets winner winner gets their money back, you know, for all the crap. And we're not like that. It should be. If you win, you get to, you get your thing [00:49:00] paid for, you know, you get paid for. What if I, if I win and you put me through and took all my money, where do I get it back?

Mm-hmm. I mean, this is, it is terrible. And then it should be under a time thing. Either that, you know, you either get more, the trouble is it's not the, I don't believe it's the judges or whatever, the court system. I believe it's the lawyers. It's the lawyers that just can wait.

I mean, it's just so, it's just so wrong. It's, 

David Pasqualone: it's 

Mike Lindell: correct. But the one thing we need out here is we need, this will be, I'm telling everyone. Help out. This will be the gateway to get to getting rid of the machines we have. If I sat here, I could spend hours telling you in all 50 states how far we've come.

I, there's over 300,000 people in all 50 states. I had 22,000 'em on the phone last night. We, they're out there working. We have people working with the politicians now because a lot of it is, we are getting gained someplace, but we're still getting [00:50:00] blocked because they have one win. Their win is to make.

Till next fall or actually till next spring so they can steal in the, in the primaries, you guys, that's where they do it. That's where the Uniparty does it. You ever wonder why, how did that Republican, that rhino, some people call him Rhino, how did they get there in the general election? I'll tell you how I got, they took it, they picked him in the primaries.

Everybody, yeah, it's over. If they steal the house or Senate, I mean the uni party, you can call 'em the Democrat party, the uni party. There wouldn't be a chance in a normal world in history right now that a Democrat would win in a primary. I mean that a, a bad Republican would win or, or that a Democrat would even win in a general election, not with what's happened over the last eight years.

Not what's, what's happened. So that part alone doesn't make sense. You guys, look at any polling. This country is 67% red or Donald Trump red. So
