In either case we're back now with a  deep dive on Davos and what it tells us about the state of (neo)liberalism today. Are the middle managers finally out of a job? We also talk about the more recent displays of naked power and imperialism from our Yank brothers across the pond in Minneapolis, Venezuela and beyond. Also, what does the reshaping of the global order mean for little old Ireland? 

We then grapple with just how difficult we’ve been finding it recently to fully engage with the crumbling world around us. Just how much news is enough news? How much awareness of the world’s horrors is enough awareness?
