Chronically Pop!!
Where grown-ups get messy with their girlhood & Youthhood again.
Welcome to Chronically Pop, the podcast for adults who refuse to fully leave their younger selves behind. We’re talking nostalgia that hits different with age! MTV, girl groups, first crushes and so much more!
Witj soft aesthetics with an edge, play that doesn’t apologize, and the kind of friendships and inner-child work that actually make adulthood feel livable.
This isn’t just about regressing or escaping responsibility. It’s about integrating the curiosity, creativity, softness, and pure chaotic joy of girlhood (or youthhood) into the life you’re living now. Expect conversations that bounce between research-backed benefits better mood, less loneliness, more self-compassion, reignited creativity, and the fun, slightly unhinged ways we actually do it: loving life like it's 1997. Rewatching the shows that raised us, collecting little things just because, soft routines that regulate your nervous system, and building real community around the parts of ourselves we were told to outgrow.
We’re edgy enough to call out the pressure to “adult” perfectly. Fun enough to make play feel cool again. Exciting enough that every episode leaves you wanting to text your group chat “we need a craft night ASAP.” And community-first this is a space for the chronically nostalgic, the soft rebels At heart the ones who still light up at the sound of a certain song or the feel of a familiar comfort item.
If you’ve ever felt more like yourself when you lean into the girl you used to be, you’re in the right place. Pull up a seat, grab your comfort object of choice, and let’s build something that feels like home together.

On my 5th episode of my podcast I will be discussing age regression being on a spectrum, and my personal experience as a mommy dealing with regression.
In my experience age regression isn't black or white, but can be a combination of many beautiful things that helps ABDL's in being their true selves within age regression. It can also be used as a safe coping mechanism to deal with stressors in life.
I will be sharing my ideas on age regression and acceptance and the different reasons to why we connect to ABDL lifestyle.
I will touch on topics of trauma, self care and therapeutic regression and having a balanced life with age regression and within our everyday lives. Hope you enjoy my podcast
