Kunal is a former Commercial Director, and after a lengthy finance career, decided to move over to the so-called 'dark side' of recruitment.
In this episode, he shares his experiences being on both sides of the relationship, breaks down stereotypes of people's perceptions of what a recruiter does, and gives unique insight into how senior finance leaders can best work with a recruiter to make better career decisions and/or make sure they are hiring the right person for their team.
