Dr. McNeil serves as the President and Provost of The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

Dr. McNeil discusses how to view lament as a form of resilience.  He helps us to develop resilience by making meaning, finding purpose, and caring for our physical bodies.  Dr. McNeil also expounds on how lament can be and should be transmitted generationally.

He also encourages us to remember our histories as this is a way we learn how to become more resilient.
