Dr. Gadson discusses launching adult children. Launching requires effort and intentionality. The Bible teaches us to train our children. We have to think with the end in mind when parenting. Who do we want our children to be when it is time to launch them as young adults?
There is a process to prepare them to become individual adults who are able to manage their own lives well. And we must begin the training early in their lives.
