Smith and Nephew - under by 1 mm or line to line, 36 mm ID option at 52 mm
If you are a 40 mm fan, you can get 40 mm with Zimmer at 54 mm, Stryker at 52 mm, Depuy and Smith and Nephew at 56 mm
