Hello and welcome back to the Official Wedding Atelier podcast. I'm so sorry, my voice is gone. So it, I don't know, it hasn't come back. I have been doing everything. I have been eating ginger chews. I have been drinking tea, tons of water. Nothing is helping. yesterday, I actually went live on Instagram and talked about everything that was included in the program, all the new updates we had and how you're gonna get your result in seven days, 30 days, all those great things. The video didn't upload Instagram crashed basically. And I'm like, I already don't have a voice. And I went live and I gave it my best shot and then it was gone. then yesterday I lost my voice. I literally sounded like the crypt keeper and this is as good as it's gonna get. I'm gonna add studio sound to this, so it cleans me up a little bit, but I just feel like a wretched soul right now. Oh my gosh. So anyway, I just wanted to tell you all the amazing nitty gritty things about wedding atelier and why you need to join this round. It is gonna be the best ever. Like I wanted it to be like, oh, maybe I should hold a camera. Because I'm a photographer and I teach photographers, and I'm just like, it has been done. It has been done, and I just don't know if I wanna do it. I took photos of me holding the camera and that's great, but like you get the gist of it, right? If you've listened to one episode, you should know this is like a wedding photographer podcast. And you can even see the film border around the podcast photo, like perfection. Okay, I'm chasing a rabbit, but I'm coming back. So basically let's talk about everything that has happened. This is gonna be like the deep dive only episode I'm gonna have for a while as I rest my voice so I can film the brand new content and course content for this program. But yes, wedding, CEO is now wedding ater and a couple of reasons why. At the time, CEO really was a buzzword, and I do stand by that. Like I am very big on separating artistry and business and CEO has always driven me for the past decade or so in my business, which is really crazy because I think this year marks. In June, we'll have marked my 15 years in business as an entrepreneur in general. I have been offering mentorship since 2016, so yes, it has been almost 10 years of that. So if you backtrack a little bit, my journey started when I launched wedding CEO in 2022, and it's now 2025. It's been three years. And so three years having this beautiful program and really transforming people's lives, that's been three years. But so that's been 15 years in business, like 12 years wedding photographer, three years educator. And we're gonna be making changes. We're gonna be adding even better things. Stick around. Hang out with me. Get on my email list. So you're probably like, okay, Lord, what's the difference? There's so many differences and lots of bonuses and goodies. So let's talk about what's inside wedding atelier and why you should join this round. So you can book your next wedding in seven days, 30 days, and transform your business completely in 90 days. So essentially. Our program promise is you can make a hundred k booking only 10 weddings a year. That's the top of the line promise. That is like phase two. You've gone through our program, you've implemented everything by phase one you should have already made a hundred K with 20 weddings a year. Okay? And then once you have accomplished that, You'll be invited inside of our six figure suite where we help you make a hundred K with 10 weddings a year. So once you start raising your prices above the 5K mark, you'll be invited inside of the six figure suite where we're gonna help you scale to 10 k weddings it is gonna be in credible. So the whole point of this program in general is to take you from charging three K to 5K to 10 k and beyond. Now the container itself has not changed. It is still a 12 month program, and we want you to triple your prices. Book five Figure Weddings, book your highest package, whatever a win is to you. We want you to make money, you're gonna have the tools to be able to cultivate a creative mindset. We're gonna stop going back and forth. Your old prices being like, can I, can't I? Raising them and lowering them. Like I want you to be so confident in yourself that you're gonna be like, this is what I'm charging. Minimum no exceptions. And you're gonna be able to ditch the price shoppers with this method. You're gonna be able to attract dream weddings only with this method, and we're gonna give you the push you need because we're gonna be launching studio sprints every single quarter, whether it is your mindset shifting, whether it's marketing, if you just need to get out there and post every single day for 30 days, we got you. Whether it's planning your sales and figuring out, okay, how can I fill in the gaps because I need to make this amount of money like we are putting your CEO brain on. That is imperative. One thing about me is that I joined this industry with an artist mind of being, if you build it, they will come. And it's cute. It's sweet. It only gets you so far. Okay. And then you're in the hustle phase where you feel like the capacity is so ridiculous and you're scared of raising your prices'cause you think you're gonna break your business you're going back and forth being like, what should I do? I don't know how to do it. I don't wanna break it. and so people are so scared. I like the pricing method and how to use pricing psychology to get them to book your highest package, to get them to add on things, to get them to thinking, wow, nine K is actually not. Expensive, especially with the way that she presents her business, especially with the way that she is positioning her value like booked. And that is definitely one of the biggest testimonials of all of my students is I am not insecure about my pricing anymore. I was insecure about my pricing at three K. Now I'm sending proposals at nine K, 10 K, 12 k and beyond. It can be done with these simple tools and simple shifts that I'll be breaking down, but the whole point is I just want you. To step into your role as a powerful woman. One thing I've noticed is that if you have an identity shift, if you really own the uniqueness of yourself, who you are, what it is that you have to give, what it is that you have to prove, people are gonna be drawn to that. And people with a similar lifestyle and values are also gonna be like we're booking this person. And I know you want to finally uncover what makes you special, what makes you different. Because you wanna stand out in this market that you believe is saturated, which I don't. And if you don't know what I believe on that, scroll down on the episodes, there's more where this came from. And I know you wanna book every dream inquiry that comes your way with confidence. Without shaking on a call, you can put our sales script in the corner and follow it and also put your own unique spin on it. The whole thing about this program too, is like we give you the tools, but ultimately you decide the journey, you decide the business. I'm not gonna tell you have to do it this way or it won't work. I will give you tools that will help you uncover what that is and guide you. I'm more of like a mentor. I'm not a dictator. I'm not gonna tell you. That you have to do it exactly my way or it's not gonna work. I want you to be able to get to a place while you're developing the CEO brain while you're developing yourself and becoming the best entrepreneur that you can. Until you get to a place where you're like, I wanna try this, I wanna do this. How should I go about it? And that's the place that you want to be. You want to be able to be creative in your business. It's going from artist to CEO, but like back to creative. And so I know you want to double your prices so you can stop booking so many weddings to make minimum a hundred K. And we know six figures. It's not really six figures, it's just your first milestone. I remember when I hit six figures in my business and I didn't even know it. I had to go look at my bookings'cause I felt like I was absolutely dying from weddings. And I looked and I said, oh my gosh, I booked a six figures this year. It does not even feel like that. And I sat in that moment and I was so proud of myself. But then also I was like okay, what next? That was my end all be all goal. What do I do? And so having arbitrary goals, having a mentor that's gonna help guide you and be like pushing you to be the best version of yourself and help you achieve even bigger goals, that's gonna keep you going, that's gonna keep you motivated in your business. And I know you want to free up your weekends so you don't have to sacrifice your life In business, the people think you have to pick one over the other. Even in the movies, they show this rich CEO who just is never around with his family and he loses his wife because she cheats on him or all these other things. And so it's engraved in our brain that we can't have it all. But really you just need to strategy. You just need a framework. You need someone who's been there and done that and got the t-shirt, the receipts, the mug, and can be like, no, this is how you can structure your day. This is how you can plan your year. These are my non-negotiables. And when you do that and you say, these are my business boundaries, that's when everything changes. It's not that, oh, if I get rich, I'll be a bad person. I'll be an evil person. Rich people aren't kind, rich people. Are so under the radar, like the amount of rich people that dress in basic white tees will probably astound you. The way that we have been taught and the way that we think about wealth and money and mindset, it's all enveloped together to keep you in this weird, stagnant place. But I'm inviting you to come up higher. I'm inviting you to try something new, and I'm inviting you to the challenge to transform your mindset. And if you're like, oh my gosh, I'm already in another program, I know it's April. I know. Okay. This re it took a lot of time to put together, I don't wanna launch it. Scrappy. I know some of you're probably in another program. I added an extended payment plan for people that were requesting it because I want you to be able to have access to this. That is not how we do here. It's like a mastermind, okay? There is lots of touch points, there is lots of support, and there is lots of wins, and people who are cheering you on in the same place or in the place that you want to be, that you can look and be like, okay, this is possible. I can get to that point later. I can book five figure proposals. I can raise my prices continuously and my business won't die. I can book a trip to Hawaii because I booked my highest package. These are all the things that I believe that you can do, and being in a room where you are supported and you're seeing people win, it's scientifically proven that it will push you and motivate you to do more and to want more. Versus being in this seat of complacency where you're like, oh, I'm okay. Like as long as I pay my bills, as long as I book five weddings a year, or I'm not burned out yet. I'm on my way. But at least I'm not like this person. No, you're gonna be in a room with winners or people that are striving to win and that you guys can help each other win together. Yes, I'm here. But I know that you guys get the best experience when you're also in a community and people achieving their biggest goals, dreaming bigger than ever before, speaking something into existence like this is happening for me. Who's on board? Who's cheering me on? What is your goal? I thrive on community. It is one of my biggest things. I think when I started in my industry, I went at it alone for a while and then I met a friend in a Facebook group and we helped each other build our businesses to well over six figures together because we had each other's back. We were keeping each other accountable. We also we were sharing inquiries and weddings with each other, which we have a spot in the community where you can actually refer weddings or ask for second shooters Welcome to the wedding Italy district. This is not just any self-study course where you're not gonna get any support. You're not gonna see me. I'm on every single call unless I'm sick or on vacation. Okay? You get me and you see me. And even though you have my tried and proven system, you can tweak it any way that you want. This is not oh my gosh, all Laura says, do it like this. You can, but babe, you don't have to. I encourage. Autonomy over anything else. Okay. As somebody who loves Montessori school and individuality and being self-led as an entrepreneur, mom, hello? I want you to take the tools, make it your own, and build that beautiful business, whatever it is that you want to do. Do you wanna go on more vacations? Do you wanna start a family? Do you wanna save money for this? Do you wanna do that? Do you want us to spend your money? Do you wanna travel? What do you want? What do you want to do? And we can help you reach that goal. I am such a goal-driven person. I have post-it notes everywhere claiming what I want, how I'm gonna get there, what I'm gonna do, to the point where my daughter also does the same thing. Hey, so this not only is just gonna affect you, it's gonna affect your business, it's gonna affect your life and also your family. Okay? My daughter already tells her friends at school that she wants to be an entrepreneur. So I'm gonna walk you through the curriculum really quick. Our first module is called the artisan, CEO basically how you can still be an artist but have also a CEO mindset. And so we're gonna have a whole masterclass on mindset, and I'm just gonna riff and rant. You can refer back to it whenever you need it, and I'm just gonna let you have it. But I want you to go from artist to CEO, but also be creative as well, giving you the permission to be able to design a foundation so you can see things with a big picture, strategy to get you there. And then we have the brand cafe, which is obviously my favorite.'cause I'm a brand girly. But the result in this module is gonna be, you are gonna create and design an incomparable. Brand identity. So you're gonna learn how to design your artist story previously, your brand story using our signature journaling, prompt style method. Okay? You are going to get all this stuff out there. One thing about me is I'm gonna make y'all journal. We did a mindset challenge and everybody was having huge breakthroughs. After the breakthroughs guess what they were able to do? Book more weddings, get clarity, get creative ideas. There is something about journaling y'all, journaling has changed my life. And so we're gonna help you uncover that. We're gonna help you break through anything that's already in your brain that's cycling on repeat, and you're gonna finally figure out what is so special about you that you already inherently know. And that's the thing about writing things out. You had no idea what was in your head, and then you put it on paper, you put it in Google Docs, and you're like, oh, wait a minute. I'm cool. And I want you to have that kind of confidence. And so after this, you will have the brand strategy and the foundation to finally implement how you're gonna change your life and business forever. This is the first thing you have to do because it will be your guiding compass. It will be your truth, and it is gonna be the thing you look back to, this is what I do, how I do it, why I do it, how I do it differently. All those things. And one workbook. And then I'm gonna announce to you before we dive into the next part of this is that we are launching our rebrand studio. Yes. And my designer, my brand designer who did my rebrand, is going to be offering custom wedding atelier pricing. Okay.'cause you're not gonna get this outside of wedding atel. This is very custom to us, very exclusive with my process, with my strategy approach, and her beautiful design. You don't believe me. Watch the masterclass. Look at the receipts. Whatever. Make fun of me. I know I made my logo on Word Doc, but look, we're here. We're gonna move on. Okay. Stop talking about me. We're gonna move on to the next part. So the next part of this is your pricing. Sweet. And this is the part that everybody gets stuck.'cause nobody wants to talk about finances. Nobody wants to talk about money. But I know you also wanna raise your prices, so you have to do this. And so you're gonna finally learn how to raise your prices without checking it out, okay? We're gonna give you the strategy so you can raise your prices and know your bare minimum that you need to make an hour, that you need to make a year, and also how many weddings you need to book at what pricing rate, You are gonna be able to really design the plan to make a hundred K in 12 months with your new raise pricing, or how you're gonna raise it maybe in the middle to the end of this year. Either way, you're gonna just get your CEO goals going so the next part is the marketing studio.'cause what good does all this make if you have no inquiries? I know. I know. So the result of this is gonna be we want you to have at least 50 new wedding inquiries a year, and I want them to be aligned. So in this module, you're gonna create a personalized marketing plan that is gonna help you strategically attract 50 inquiries a year on a multiple platform, four-part strategy marketing method. That you hit every single touch point when it comes to marketing. You're not just relying on Instagram, you're not just relying on your blogs. You have so many other moving pieces that are gonna come together, and all of them are gonna work at the same time without you having to put all of your efforts into one thing and really trying to make something work that's probably not working. and then of course one of my favorite. Modules is a sales studio, so you're gonna master sales psychology, and you're gonna learn how to finally get over your fear of booking clients over the phone. Like it's a safe space. And I know one of the big things that people say is that it is so lonely in the industry and it really is. But every time they shoot a wedding together, they meet up together. I just. I cry silent tears of joy because they actually are friends. Friends in real life in the flesh. And so that is something special about having community to support you. But also they are each other's thickened shooters. Like how cool is that? They are across the globe. A lot of them are all in different states and they will meet up together and be like, oh, I'm shooting a wedding here. Can I have you guys second shoot with me? It's a sister society at this point. And so a common question I get is, how do I know if I'm ready for this? If you aren't booking five figure weddings or if you haven't made your first six figures in business yet, or maybe you have and you don't like the way that you did it, and you want a complete strategy audit if you can't raise your prices, and they have been the same for years. Or you're just scared to raise them. some people are in a mindset of I know my stuff is good. Like I look at all these people that can charge this. Why can't I do it? We'll help you. Okay. Or if you're just like, okay, I wanna make six figures again, but I don't want to pass away. That is valid. And we will also help you do that. We help anybody that wants to have big audacious goals reach that level. And if you feel like you're too new in the industry, you're not. The cool thing about joining a program full of people that are at the 50 K, the a hundred k and beyond, is that everybody gets to help each other. Just like they say in Montessori school. Like my son was two and a half when he came, but he was also in the room with four year olds and five year olds, and they were helping him and he actually developed so much faster just being around other kids that were older than him that were already doing math and that were already reading at four years old. The same goes in business. The same goes in any community or society. I feel like I'm showing my sociology class right now, but yes, we are better together. Another question I get is, what if I don't have enough time to commit to a program? Maybe you're in multiple programs. Maybe you are absolutely burned out. Maybe you're very much overbooked, underpaid. Listen, you can complete this on your own time, and like I said, we give you tons of support. You don't have to use them all. You can use whatever it is that you need at that time. But 12 months is long enough to do a little bit at a time, and I don't have very long lessons. Yes, this podcast episode is probably the longest I've ever done without a guest expert. But my lessons are very quick and snappy, short and to the point. I'm talking like maximum 10 to 15 minutes, except for the mindset module. That one's gonna be long because you guys are gonna want it and you're gonna need it. Everything else, 10 minutes. Here's the workbook. Get to work. That's exactly the kind of pace That I thrive on, and I know that my alumni really love that as well as they can take what they need, they can dig around and they can get a result. How long do I have access? You have access for 12 months and you also have a chance to renew 30 days before your time ends. You're gonna receive emails of being like, Hey, just wanna let you know like your time is coming. And you will know how much time you have left in the program when the time gets close to 12 months. But like I said, this program is very much designed for you to pop in whenever you need. Whether it's busy season or slow season, and that's why I extended it to 12 months.
