Hello and welcome back to the Wedding Atelier podcast. I am so excited for this episode as I'm excited for every one of'em, but it is the first week of school. I'm recording this in real time, and it just feels like a breath of fresh air. It is fall outside. It's pretty, pretty chilly. I think we're looking at the 50 degrees. We're looking at sometimes less. Fall is here and winter's on the way. So this is that time of year where I get out my crockpot. I think about making a pumpkin spice cake roast soups, like I'm in soup season, full throttle right now. And I just wanted to have a casual conversation about Wedding Atelier because that is the name of the podcast. That is the name of this program that I have been launching for the past three years. It'll be going on four years next year, which is crazy. The first time I launched this program was January 31st, and to see the wins that have happened from this program to see how it has grown and flourished, if I may, and just I don't know, developed its own path, its own personality. I'm just, this always happens in fall, but I always just get so quiet and slow and just like listening and understanding. What needs to be changed? What needs to be shifted around? And that's what I wanna talk to you guys about today because this program has gone through so much. And I'm gonna actually make a post about how wedding Atelier came to be so you guys can follow my journey. It was wedding CEO. Now it's wedding atelier. We love trademarks, we love a trademark lawyer, and that cease desist letter will not come to me, that is for sure, will not come to me. So I own the name. It is mine. But anyway, I just was thinking about like how it came to be so, oh my gosh the beginning. So when I first launched this, I was like, oh yeah, let me do like a four month group program, we were just going through the whole business blueprint together every week. They made a half a million dollars within the first year of this program, and originally it was four months and then everybody wanted to renew. And so we extended the program from four months to six months to a year. So now you get me for a year, and they made a half a million dollars in a year. And I was able to have a tracking system where they could submit their wins. And there's a lot of wins that we haven't collected because I didn't even get the tracking system till the end of fall that year. So who knows? They probably made a million. I don't know. Point being is, it has just grown. We are like a couple thousand wins away from$3 million. 3,000,003 years was my goal. And I am like smiling from ear to ear because I'm just like, I can't believe like we almost did it and I'm gonna yell at all my students if you're listening right now to submit your win so that it's completely accurate, but it is just, it's the most fulfilling thing in the world. It's why I created this program. That's why I started this. Yes, I love helping people, but man. To really be able to help and empower people to be confident in their business, in their prices, in their artistry, and not attaching their artistry to their worth, which is what a lot of us do, and that's why we never succeed in business. It has changed my life almost as much as it's changed theirs. Every when they post. I do a happy dance no matter where I am. I could be at the ice cream store with my kids. I could be washing dishes for crying out loud, and I just get, I still get so excited that feeling will never go away. And I'm sorry that I'm just so yippy yapping about this offer, but obviously I'm in love with it. I'm in love for the transformation it provides. I'm in love. With something that I wish I had when I was charging three K for three years, like why did I not raise my prices? Why? Why was I so scared that I was gonna break my business? It's just crazy how you can get so stuck in the hustle loop that you're just like, okay, lemme just do this, lemme do that. And a lot of people have messaged me on the side saying, Hey, like your podcast has helped me raise my prices. I've raised them. Thank you so much for the free information you give. And I'm so glad that this podcast is that helpful, that people are taking action and they are raising their prices like that. I just love to give if you can't tell. Even though my love language is words of affirmation and gift giving, I love, love, love giving myself. So anyway, back to Wedding Atelier. What is included in this program? We're serious about business, unserious about everything else. We will laugh on the calls. We will laugh in the chat, laugh at each other, laugh at ourselves, and then keep it moving. Because you gotta work on your mindset to be in a place where it's just not that serious. If something doesn't go according to plan. Okay, let's try again. Okay. That's what I tell my son. Try again. He gets so frustrated'cause he can't tie his shoes. Do you wanna just try to tie your shoes? You wanna try to make the bunny loop? And then pull it around instead of being like, ah, I just can't tie my shoes. Or Ah, I can't make six figures. I can't book my highest package. I can't raise my prices. Okay what are the things that we can do? What are we in control of? Although surprise, you're actually in control, especially because you are the business owner Okay, a couple of things. Get on that wait list. You want that early bonus. And that's all I'm gonna say. And if you just wanna RSVP for the masterclass, definitely come. So I keep chasing a squirrel'cause I don't have notes in front of me. All of my apologies, everybody. But if you just wanna have it chit chat with me. I did warn you that we're just chatting. This is casual, this is cool. This is me without bullet points. So anyway, as I mentioned, probably long time ago, before the summer, we have a rebrand studio. So we give you literally the entire transformation of your whole business in one program. We have a rebrand studio, we have a copywriter in house. She was my wedding copywriter for my rebrand that helped me charge 10 K. She doesn't even offer copywriting anymore, but she'll do it for me'cause she loves me and yeah, and we were friends in real life actually. So her being your guys' exclusive wedding copywriter, the way that she writes words and doesn't use the same jargon that everybody else sees, and if you don't even hire her, she gives a copy masterclass in the course. So you get so, so much support if you're like, okay, I knew I wanna raise my prices. I'm in the right mindset. I'm here. Like I'm ready for this. Then we have the rebrand studio. You can join the program, get the support from me, the reviews, the community, the calls, and then also boom, schedule your rebrand with us and you're good to go. You are good to go and you'll be off well before 12 months. But as you grow and scale in your business, you still have 12 months of support, which is probably one of the most important things is while I love a quick and snappy program, it does get you results. It does get you going, but once you get to a place where you're like, now what do I do now? Where do I go? We give you the extra months of support in that way. Now you can get wins in seven days. 30 days and 90 days, most of our students get double or triple. Most of our clients double or triple their prices within the first 90 days. So that is a non-negotiable. That is something that will happen. It is the first few modules of this program. And then from there we're gonna tweak the sales psychology process and how you like to sell different ways you can sell, how to get a cash injection, how to sell on Instagram without being salesy. It's more storytelling. It's more fun. one of the biggest values of me and I probably need to remap out my own artist story is like. My biggest value is making business fun. Okay. Making, creating fun, I feel like. In the sea of entrepreneurship and the sea of everybody launching and selling and growing their business, it can get monotonous. And I just don't like to do the same thing all the time. I like a little bit of variety. I like to be on my toes, and so we want you to build a business that you love and loves you back. Okay? That actually lights you up. I don't want you to build a prison cell, but then you're making so much money. And you debate on burning the whole thing to the ground like that is not what we want. And so we teach you just how to be your own boss. We give you the tools, we give you the strategies, and you can do whatever you want with them. And I feel like that's one of the coolest things that I provide as a left hand creative is that I like to do things out of the box. I like to do things differently and I want the same thing for my students. They come up with such amazing ideas, like my alumni that have been in here for 12 months or even longer, they have come up with their own sales plans, their own ideas, their own ways of creating a business. And I'll have them teach a masterclass being like, Hey, this person was right where you're at, but now this is what they're doing. This is this kind of things that they're playing with and they're becoming an artist, and I feel like at our core, as a photographer, we are artists, but we get so caught up in the business because it is 80% business and 20% artistry, if not even less. And so I want there to be a good balance of this artist to CEO dance where you can put on the CEO hat, but then take it off and go back to being an artist and having a flow and having a balance and knowing when to put each hat on. One of my favorite concepts that I have created from my left-handed brain was the artist story. And it's pretty much just why you do what you do, how you do it, and how you are the only person who can do it. And that's gonna weed out the price shopping. The budget couples, the haggling, because when you value your work and you know who you are, they're gonna value what you have to offer. And that's gonna be the differentiating factor that allows you to double your prices, triple your prices, until you're in 10 K, and you're not even looking back because you have built the demand for your specific business. I don't wanna hear anything about the saturated market, Amy Moore. Okay. If anything, it proves that there is more opportunity and everybody wants this. All you have to do is learn how to stand out and just be yourself. We're gonna help you uncover those truths. We're gonna help you uncover your secret sauce, which we have so many trainings that break that down and it's a lot closer to you than you think. Give yourself a little bit of credit. You're awesome. You made it this far, you're gonna be okay. Now, if you could take anything away from this yapping podcast episode as we're in fall, now is a really good time to map out your next few months and figure out where you wanna be next year. I have a quarterly calendar because quarters is how I do best. If I'm gonna have a result, I need it over the next. 30, 60, 90 days, not just 30 days. I need some time to be able to map out my thoughts and so we have four months left of the year. Now is the time to start asking yourself, where do I wanna be next year? What do I wanna create? What do I want to do, and how am I gonna get there? What is it gonna take? What mindset block do I need to overcome so I can take that action? I feel like if you're always thinking and never doing that is a form of procrastination. Just like they say, if you're constantly consuming and never taking action, it's procrastination. And once we open the doors to this program you have access to the plan like a millionaire CEO, 12 month plan to reach your highest goals, and it will help you stay on track for sure. In December, We're gonna do it live. We're gonna plan your year. We're gonna talk about our goals. We're gonna talk about how we're gonna get there. We're gonna lay it all out in this millionaire plan. And I have been doing this, oh my gosh, over a decade. when I first got started in photography, there was this thing called a business plan, and I, read the blog post from 2004. That taught me how to map it out. But then I was able to create something that actually was more goal oriented, time blocked. And also mapping out how I'm gonna do it and then balance my life too, because I'm a mother. My business took off when I was a mother to a newborn, and then my daughter was in preschool, but my son was born. I feel like every time I had a. Baby. My business exploded. It was crazy. And so this is motherhood proof, life proof. It's just a brain dump, so that'll be fun too. We'll work on mapping out your ideas. You still have so much time. Couples are booking last minute even more. Last minute than normal. I had one of my students say she booked a wedding a couple weeks before their wedding. Do you wanna book couples last minute at your low prices, or do you wanna have a pricing plan where you're like, actually, I just raised them. I just raised them and I'm ready for a last minute wedding. That's the kind of strategy and goals I want you to have. And after working with me, you're gonna be become so confident in your CEO ability. You'll be surprised at yourself. You'll be like, I don't even understand how I live my life running my business Just like an artist. Without having CEO knowledge and structures and strategies You'll be able to pull anything out of your hat.
