For a long time, I believed memberships were one of the most sustainable models you could build. I had run them before, I had seen them work, and that’s why I relaunched the Blissful Biz Hive last November.
What I didn’t expect was how much harder it felt to grow this time. Not because people didn’t see the value, but because joining something ongoing seemed to come with more hesitation than it used to.
