Your messaging is how you talk about it in a way that makes the right person immediately feel seen. You need both, but you have to get them in the right order.

I go into what makes a niche strong enough to actually anchor a business, why trying to speak to everyone online is the fastest way to become invisible, and the one question worth sitting with after you listen: what is the specific problem your ideal student is living with right now, and how would she describe it in her own words?
