Scott O'Donnell, PhD

Scott O’Donnell, PhD (he/him) is a behavior analyst, educator, therapist, and founder of SAOBA, LLC. With over a decade of experience, Scott currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Temple University and a therapist at North City Congress, applying ACT and behavior modification in hybrid clinical settings. His research has been published in the areas of sports performance, concussion, and behavior change, and he’s worked with populations ranging from inner-city youth to athletes and individuals with ASD, IDD, and EBD. A longtime consultant, Scott blends empirical rigor with accessible practice—drawing from his work in EIBI, OBM, RFT, and experimental analysis. Whether teaching, consulting, or rocking a corny ABA hat, he’s dedicated to making behavior analysis meaningful, compassionate, and widely applied.
