Kameron Stone

On Today's episode, you will hear a recap of the YEE Summit. Young Entrepreneurs Evolution (YEE) is an interactive community designed to help young entrepreneurs find success through networking, guidance, and access to funding within a collaborative environment. We are dedicated to transforming the midwest into a new frontier of innovation and growth by providing globally minded entrepreneurial guidance to university students looking to make an impact.

Where You Can Find YEE:

Keynote Speaker #1
Drew is a partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Crackle Marketing. Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Drew has followed in those footsteps, building several small businesses, including a software company, mobile notary service, marketing consultancy, and a media production and design studio.

Keynote Speaker #2:
Joel is an experienced product engineer who has prior experience working with NASA, designing prototypes to be tested on the ISS. He is currently working on developing a mobile robot solution for an industrial manufacturing application. As Founder of Squareone Creations, Joel operates his company that creates innovative solutions to transport and mount bicycles to a vehicle.

Value Bombs from the YEE Summit

  • Don’t copy your competitors' marketing strategy, they likely don't know what they are doing any better than you. Make sure to be creative and be yourself.  -Drew D.
  • Regarding funnels:  “The value you are giving them should be greater than the gate in front of them” -Drew D.
  • “When designing your product, make many iterations along the way to optimize it”  -Joel W.
  • “When designing your product, always focus on the problem that it solves” -Joel W.

Attendees Feedback

“This event was great! It sparked a fire in me to get excited about entrepreneurship and opened my eyes to the fact that there are other young people out there doing really cool things”

"This event wasn't exactly what we expected it to be, but it was what we needed. It was definitely better than anticipated!"
