Revitalisation Review: Season Teaser Trailer
Welcome to the Season Teaser of 'Revitalisation Review'!
In this season I will be unpacking a few lessons learnt from the last four years of his Church Plant Revitalisation project. Whilst not an exhaustive list and by no means a complete 360 of Leadership, my hope is that there will be enough encouragement and education throughout to help spur you on in your own Planting journey.
This season will just be me and the mic, up close and personal, sharing some of the learnings that have stood out to me over the last four years. These learnings will be spread over 10 episodes, these being:

Welcome back everyone to Church Plant Chat. We have a new season upon us, the Revitalisation Review. In this season I will be unpacking 10 episodes, 10 weeks about the last four years of our church plant graft here in Coventry. I'll be looking at things to do with are we ready to church plant, our first year and first priorities, being curious about church growth, what does it mean to really minister to one person at a time, evangelism relational discipleship, asking the difficult questions of ourselves and our stakeholders, a pastoral scaffold as a model for supporting the planter and a roundup of other leadership lessons learned along the way.
