Welcome to today's Guided Prayer, where we invite you to find a quiet space to still your mind and body.
Guided Prayers are a daily 5–10 minute, intentionally created moment to slow down and meet with God—through scripture, reflection, and honest prayer.
It’s not a program you attend.
It’s a pathway you practice.
A guided space where people can stop, breathe, and connect with Jesus—every single day.
Jesus gives us the answer to live a life that produces fruitfulness. And it's not about doing more. It's not about saying the right things. It's not about the good works we can check off for him. It's all about abiding in him. John 15, 4 says, Remain in me as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself. It must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. Another word for remain is to abide. I do pray today, think about the kind of relationship Jesus desires to have with you. It's not Jesus simply coming with an authority position over you, which he does have, but it's a desire to dwell with you. It's a desire for you to abide in him so you can live a fruitful life. Take a moment to thank Jesus that he invites you into a relationship with him. Praise him that fruitfulness flows from connection, not performance, take him that he desires to dwell with you and remain close God to reveal areas where you have been striving instead of abiding. Whether it's in prayer, in scripture, or in quiet dependence to rest in his presence tell him you want to remain in him today. Amen
