Welcome to today's Guided Prayer, where we invite you to find a quiet space to still your mind and body.

Guided Prayers are a daily 5–10 minute, intentionally created moment to slow down and meet with God—through scripture, reflection, and honest prayer.

It’s not a program you attend.
It’s a pathway you practice.
A guided space where people can stop, breathe, and connect with Jesus—every single day.

Let's begin by closing our eyes. Place whatever is in your hands to the side and invite God into this moment. Father, this space belongs to you. Be with me in these moments. Speak to me and remind me of your goodness. God's nature as Father is good, consistently, faithfully, and completely good. He is not unpredictable or withholding, but rather he is generous and kind. Even when life feels uncertain, his heart toward you does not change. You can trust that he gives you what is good. Matthew 7.11 says, How much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts? Can you think of a time that God has been good? Pause for a moment and begin to thank God for his goodness and generosity toward you. Think back on the ways he has provided for you in your life. For the next minute, tell God where you've questioned his goodness. Maybe it is hard to remember a time you felt that he was good. Ask him to restore your trust in his heart as a father. Invite him to help you receive what he gives without fear or doubt. Ask him to align your expectations with his truth. Let gratitude begin to rise in your heart. How does that affect your day? Take several moments to pray for them in that situation. Amen.
