The Good Mood Clinic Podcast
Love Without the Wound is a podcast for emotionally intelligent, self-aware women who are tired of repeating painful patterns in love — especially those involving emotionally unavailable or narcissistic partners.
After a long career in clinical psychology, I’ve recently shifted direction and now focus primarily on my work as a Relationship Coach & Mentor for women who want to break free from unfulfilling dating and relationship cycles. I bring over 25 years of experience helping clients understand the deeper emotional patterns that shape their relationship choices — patterns often rooted in early attachment wounds, abandonment fears, people-pleasing tendencies, and loss of self.
In this podcast, I offer insight, compassion, and practical strategies to support your journey of self-discovery, schema healing, and relationship transformation. We explore why smart, capable women can feel stuck in love, how to reclaim your voice, and how to choose from self-worth rather than old emotional wounds.
If you're ready to break the cycle, trust yourself more deeply, and create love that feels secure, connected, and true — you’re in the right place.
