When did Jeffrey Adler get good at running?
Jeffrey Adler had a 1st place in Helena and a 2nd place in the 5KM run at the 2023 CrossFit Games. He also had an epic sound bit in a post event interview where he asked the world, "You guys are surprised I can run, huh?".
