Wendy McGrane has a Masters degree in public health, yoga instructor, 4 Body Fit Empowerment coach and also an ACE Certified Health Coach.
Wendy suffered from a systematic form of lupus for nearly 30 years and has been in remission for a decade.
Active in the lupus community in Washington DC., then at a National level brought awareness to this devastating dis-ease.
Her path to remission began with dietary changes and yoga along with holistic health and healing- as a result the mind, body and soul connection have become an integral part of her wellness practice.
