After a four-year break, I'm back behind the microphone.

In this episode, I'm sharing where I've been, why I stepped away from podcasting and what life has looked like over the past few years.

From creating the Mother Kili documentary and leading one of the biggest projects of my career, to supporting my son with additional educational needs, it's been a season that required my time, energy and attention in different ways.

I'm a big believer in honouring the season you're in. Not every season is about growth, visibility or doing more. Some seasons are about building, supporting the people you love and focusing on what matters most.

In this honest and personal episode, I reflect on the pressures of trying to do it all, the importance of letting go of guilt and why taking a step back doesn't mean you've given up on your dreams.

If you've ever felt like life has pulled you in a different direction, this episode is a reminder that it's okay to pause, recalibrate and trust that your priorities will change throughout different chapters of your life.

I'm so excited to be back and grateful you're here for this next chapter.
