Asian Women MEAN Business
In this podcast, hosted by Award Winning founder Rupinder Kaur, we share tools, tips and experiences to help make your life easier, bolder and happier. We bring in guests who have lessons to share about life, purpose and relationships, and how they overcome their challenges to create a life that they are proud of. My hope is that each episode will shine more light on YOUR life and help you gain clarity on who you are, what you want to do by recognising your strengths and empower you to become a powerful woman, someone who knows her worth, who is confident about herself and her identity. A woman who is willing to evolve to become the best version of herself, not just for her but for future generations. The format for this podcast is a mixture of interviews and self-talk.

The Top Five Regrets Of The Dying

Season 1

Episode 6
To honour World Book Day in 2021 I wanted to share a book that changed my life when I first read it many years ago and continue to read every year.
The Top Five Regrets of The Dying by Bronnie Ware.
Bronnie is an Australian nurse who spent several years working in palliative care, caring for patients in the last 12 weeks of their lives. When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently common themes surfaced again and again
In this episode I go through each regret and how it relates to me and you.
- "I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me."
- "I wish I hadn't worked so hard."
- "I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings."
- "I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends."
- "I wish that I had let myself be happier."
We can learn SO much from this. I don’t want to reach the end of my days with the same regrets and I don’t want you to either.
Do let me know what you think.
