In this conversation, Elise and I discuss the current state of coaching in the perimenopause and menopause space. We address the polarizing opinions and the need for a client-centered approach. We also talk about the importance of integrity and supporting other coaches. We emphasize the need for women to invest in themselves and prioritize their health. Focus on the basics of a healthy lifestyle, including movement, strength training, protein intake, and hydration and highlight the importance of simplicity and lifestyle modifications as the biggest needle movers for clients.  The importance of eating balanced meals and debunk the myth of needing high-protein snacks. Listen to your body's hunger cues and challenge the belief that being hungry is a bad thing. We also discuss the overload of conflicting information in the health and wellness industry and the importance of finding a coach or resource that aligns with your beliefs and goals, every woman deserves to feel seen and supported in their health journey.
