Having Trouble Getting Up? (runner struggles edition)
I have been having a lot of trouble getting out of bed. This is even happening throughout the summer (WHEN IT'S EASIER TO GET OUT OF BED). I was reading about this problem a lot and this exercise has really helped me get out of bed on my second alarm instead of sleeping through the 6 that I set. I hope this helps you!
