Good morning. Begin by setting an intention for peace and calm. Today is a new day, a fresh start, and we're going to begin it with relaxation and grounded energy. Take a deep breath in for a count of four, hold for a count of four and exhale slowly for a count of six. Let your breath settle naturally, allowing each inhale to be soft and each exhale to release any stress or worry. Imagine tension melting away with every breath. Now bring your awareness to the top of your head. Notice any tightness in your forehead, around your eyes or in your jaw. Let each area soften as you breathe, as you scan down your body. Release any tension you find in your shoulders, chest or back. Allow each part of your body to become heavy and relaxed. Imagine a gentle, warm light surrounding you, soft and calming, like a warm sunrise. Visualize this light expanding to fill your entire body, warming you, calming you. This light is washing away any tension, stress or anxiety. Repeat to yourself, silently or aloud I am calm and at peace. Today I will move through my day with ease. My body and mind are in balance. Pause briefly between each affirmation, gratitude and intention Setting. Take a moment to bring to mind something you're grateful for this morning something simple the warmth of your blanket, the sound of the morning, a loved one nearby. Let this feeling of gratitude feel you with warmth and peace. When you're ready, take a final deep breath, allowing this peace and balance to settle deeply within you, slowly open your eyes, feeling ready to move through your day with calmness and focus. Know that you can return to this feeling of balance whenever you need it.

Here are a few additional tips to enhance your morning routine. Try to avoid checking your phone or emails immediately upon waking. Instead, take a few moments to breathe deeply and set a positive intention for the day. Consider incorporating a short meditation or mindfulness practice to center your mind and, lastly, make sure to have a nutritious breakfast to fuel your body and mind. These small adjustments can make a significant difference in how you feel throughout the day.
