I’m Santos Picacio, and I have been leading men and women in some capacity for the past 30 years. I’m a retired military officer from Southern Texas and decided to settle down In the Texas Hill Country. I decided to make a podcast because many organizations are taking on new leaders and expecting them to “lead” yet not showing them how to do so. I wanted to make a podcast that could “virtually” teach, coach, and mentor other junior and senior leaders across various organizations.
