Christ speaks in the Psalms, and in this Psalm He demonstrates for believers how to cope with the oppressive enemies. Jesus Himself was raised in triumph over His enemies, and now from heaven He declares those wonderful works of God to us—so that we too would find comfort and tell them to our enemies before judgment comes.
