Have you ever said to your kids do as I say, not as I do. And if you're not a parent and you're a super bomb aunt or a glorious uncle, have you ever heard that being said to kids? This episode we're gonna talk about the shortcut to quicker Facebook and Instagram ad success, and I'm gonna get there by sharing with you how I shortcut to general success in my business. First of all, I don't like courses, and we think you might think that a course is better for you because it comes usually at a lower price point than, say, individual one-on-one coaching. But I'm here to talk about my journey and the shortcuts that I've taken, and this is a big one. Courses take your personal time, a lot of it, and I don't have that much time. I'm a father of two and a husband of one and between running this boutique Facebook and Instagram ad studio, I just don't have a lot of extra time. And so to watch the videos on a course and do the homework and participate inside of the community, what I do is I buy the courses for my team and I let them take the course, because then that helps my business grow. For me, I choose to get one-on-one consulting. I go out there this is the shortcut and I find someone who is a specialist in the very problem that my business needs to be solved, and then I consult with them for an hour. Now I do this as continuing education for my Facebook and Instagram ads management, because I want to continue to improve as an ads manager, but then I also do this for other issues in my business. I did it last year, I've done it this year.

Okay, so here are some examples. You know I had copywriters on this podcast before, right? Well, I paid one of them specifically to make my sales page better. If you've heard of the ad testing cheat code, that you use the same framework that I do for every client so that you can lower your lead costs and get the highest quality lead possible in your ads then two years ago that sales page was horrible and rather than make it better myself, I just paid somebody to show me how to make it better, and then they did it themselves, right?

Same thing for my onboarding email sequence. If you're not on my email list yet, well, you wouldn't know, but the email sequence has gone through a huge change. Now, could I have done that myself? Sure, and gone through, you know, troubleshooting it, yeah, but I just paid somebody and then they gave me a template and then I customized my email sequence to their template and then I paid them again to have them look at that and you know what that one investment the number escapes me, but this was in june of 2024.

Let's just go very conservative and say that I 5x my revenue, or my investment, within two months of implementing that onboarding email sequence. There it is, you know, and it's because I bought the template. I implemented it myself quickly and then I paid the person who made the template to redo it for me. That's the shortcut. That's how you'll get quicker growth in your business with less effort on your part. Pay people to do stuff for you, consult with them, implement the changes and then go back and consult with them a second time to see how you can improve on those improvements that you already made. It's the unlock. I've been doing it. Do as I do, okay, and as I say, if you want and this episode's not done yet but if you want that onboarding email sequence, the template that I paid for, well, who knows when? You're listening to this, so I won't say what it costs, but it's quite affordable and it's in the show note below okay, all, right now details for my ongoing Facebook and Instagram ads management. I have consulted so far this year with two other Facebook and Instagram ads managers. One I paid like right around $700 an hour, so I've paid up to that point to consult per hour. And actually in my DMs right now I'm talking to a Facebook and Instagram ads manager. They have a much larger business than me and they quoted me $997 an hour and I'm going to pay it because they can solve a very unique problem that I have. And so why would I take a course and try to figure that out? No, I'll just go straight to the source and let them look into my business, at the problem, and point oh, change this, change that, change this. Okay, you want to hear something really cool.

Here's a lady who was coaching with me and here's the update she gave me. But she has an online course and she has a program and she's in the education space. She provides homeschool writing solutions. So her customer, her client, is the homeschool mom who wants their kid to get good at writing. But maybe the mom isn't so good at writing herself, and so it's like how do I get to get good at writing, but maybe the mom isn't so good at writing herself, and so it's like how do I get my kid good at writing if we're in a homeschool environment and I don't know how to write? This lady serves that exact kind of client and when she came to me it was because she was running ads but they weren't getting the results she want. So you know, she hired me for one month of coaching. That's a 28 day program, three calls with me. We look at your funnel, we tweak your funnel, because I've had lots of experience back in the day coaching high earning course creators with their online funnels to improve them and Facebook ads, and so we tweaked it. I gave her advice to improve her funnel step-by-step, and then also we looked at her ads, because part of this one-on-one coaching with me it's a month long, but I actually look at your ads and help you set up your ads the way I would set them up, and then I help you optimize, test your ads the way I test it so that you can get better results. She said, and I'm reading my notes now hey, quajo, thought you'd appreciate an update. You helped me so much Of the 580 new leads I've collected.

I've sold two programs at a hundred and ninety six dollars each, and Five people have signed up for my fall course waitlist at three hundred and ninety six dollars each. She pre-sold pre-sold 396 dollars each to five people. I didn't expect that. For those on the waitlist I've just been saving their spots for now. Still, I've invested a thousand their spots. For now. Still, I've invested 1,100 in ads total and earned $2,400 in sales. I'd say ads are officially working. I'm getting about 15 to 20 new leads a day and I stopped at just $20 of daily ad spend. Okay, that's the power of coaching with me and I don't want to toot my own horn. I've been managing Facebook and Instagram ads for over five years now.

If you have a funnel in your business that is already working, or a course or a program that's already selling remember Jesus saves Facebook and Instagram ads, do not. So using ads to put more eyeballs on a bad offer or non-performing offer does not a good business make.
