As Chief Development Officer at Taco Bell, Meredith reignited unit growth after the 2008-2009 recession to build 1000+ Taco Bells and add over $1 billion in sales to the brand. 

As Chief Operating Officer at Kitchen United, Meredith created the business model, raised two rounds of capital, and was the public face of this Google Ventures-backed Ghost Kitchen start-up.

Cijoy is a lifelong tinkerer that enjoys taking apart machines and systems to see how they work and how they can be improved. His career spans 30 years in technology development and deployment. 15 years of which are in a combination of technology, change management, and operations consulting. For the past 12 years he has been deep in the restaurant technology space with CIO roles and advisory to investors, operatators, and tech companies.
