Pascal B. Quintero is a seventh-generation Tucsonan with a deep love and passion for its history and its people. After a twenty-year law enforcement career, Pascal graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communications in 2018 from Arizona State University. This education blended his professional interests in computer science, photography, videography, and graphic design with his love of writing and communication. This education allowed him to serve the most vulnerable in our community as the Creative Manager at Gospel Rescue Mission.
