Hello, take this moment to get relaxed and comfortable. You can be sitting down or even lying back and, when you're ready, close your eyes, let your and then exhale deeply. Let your breath be slow and deepen. You can inhale gently through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Feel yourself arriving in this moment. You are safe now, are safe now, in this moment. You are perfectly safe now. There is nothing to fix, nothing to fix, nothing to prove Just you, here, with yourself. Allow your body to settle. Release the weight of others' expectations, release the pressure to perform or please. You are not here to carry anyone else's pain. You are here to come home to you In your mind's eye. See a soft golden light. Begin to glow in your chest, just behind your heart, just behind your heart. See and feel the soft golden light. Begin to glow in your chest, just behind your heart. See it, feel it, welcome it. This light is your truth. This light knows what love really feels like Steady, safe, soft, gentle, clear, unconditional unconditional. Let it expand as you breathe into it. Now whisper to yourself I am ready to remember what love truly is. I am ready to return to myself.
Speaker 2:Now, gently, bring to mind the person or dynamic that has you feeling stuck, confused or exhausted. No blame, just awareness. Now visualize an energetic cord between you and this person. It may feel thick, tangled or frayed, but see that energetic cord between you and this person. Now Say softly I acknowledge the pain this connection has brought.
Speaker 2:I acknowledge the part of me that clung to it out of fear or hope. I no longer confuse intensity with intimacy. I no longer confuse pain with love. With every breath, you begin to untangle the cord. See that now, the cord untangling, loosening its grip, and hold on you. You don not abandoning anyone, you are choosing yourself.
Speaker 2:Now see your energy, golden, shimmering, returning to your heart. I call back my power, I call back my voice. I call back every part of me I gave away to survive. As you see and feel this energy return to you. Feel your spine straighten. Feel your heart soften. Feel your presence return. Extracted, eliminated, diffused and detached, and all that is left is this golden, shimmering light. You are not broken, you are becoming Now.
Speaker 2:Imagine yourself in the center of a warm, loving circle of light. Feel that now. See that now. Visualize it. This light whispers the truth. Real love is gentle. Real love respects my no. Real love doesn't require pain. Real love is kind. Real love is patient. Real love is respectful. Real love is gentle. Real love is unconditional. Let these words rewrite the story in your cells, yourself embraced not by a person, but by kind, merciful and sweet. Now place one hand over your heart and say softly I am no longer available for love that wounds me. I am only available for love that honors me. I choose myself. Now I am safe, I am sovereign, I am free. Feel those words of truth, anchor it into your heart. Take a final deep breath and exhale with relief. Let a soft smile rise, even through your tears, if you have them. This is not the end. This is your return, and when you're ready, bring yourself back to the room, back into your body. A few more breaths as you wiggle your fingers and your toes.
