With your body grounded, we introduce a simple visualization: a bowl placed before you. It’s a container for what you’re ready to release—old shame, tight stories, or the belief that you must be perfect to be loved. Then we turn to language that heals. Together, we practice precise affirmations—“Healing is remembering who I am,” “I choose to release the belief that something is wrong with me,” “I am a living work of divine art”—so the mind has new paths to walk when stress flares. You’ll hear a powerful reframe: your radiance grows not despite your story but because of it. Rather than erasing your past, we integrate it as a source of warmth, courage, and compassion.

We close by returning to the body: wiggle your fingers and toes, feel your lungs, notice the support beneath you. Welcome. This is Gary. Wherever you are, however you feel in this moment, know that this space is sacred. You have been guided here for a reason. Take a deep breath in through your nose if you can. And exhale softly through the mouth. And another. And let's begin to ground the body. Close your eyes if you haven't already. As you breathe, allow your body to soften. Feel the jaw relax. The tension melt away. As you breathe, feel relaxation. Entering the neck and shoulders. And with the next breath, feel the belly soften. Let the earth beneath you hold you completely. Knowing you are safe and secure. Fully supported in this moment. As you let the earth beneath you hold you completely grounded and connected to the earth below. Feel that. Sense that invisible bond now. Now bring your awareness to your breath the quiet rhythm of life moving and flowing in and out. No need to change it, just notice with each breath, you are returning home back to your body, back to your heart, back to your soul. Now visualize in your mind's eye. I invite you to see a bowl resting before you. Healing is remembering who I am. I choose to release the belief that something is wrong with me. I am a living work of divine art, cracked open and made radiant with light. Receive these words of truth. I am becoming. See and feel the warmth radiate outward through your chest, your arms, your whole being. Not despite your story, but because of it. You are never meant to be perfect. You are always meant to be whole. So bring your awareness back to your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Feel the breath in your lungs. Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
