Undetected Narcissist: Heal from Narcissistic Abuse & Spiritual Awakening
From Chaos to Change Guided Meditation
The noise of change can feel relentless—alarms from the news, shifting routines at home and work, and that tug to control what won’t be controlled. We invite you into a different cadence: a quiet, breath-led practice that helps you release the grip, soothe anxiety, and reconnect with the steady part of you that has been here all along.
We start by getting comfortable and letting distractions fall to the edges, then practice observing the breath without trying to fix it. That simple shift—witnessing rather than managing—settles your nervous system and reveals the spacious pause after each exhale where effort ends and trust begins. From there, we speak to the reality of change: even positive choices can spark fear. You’ll learn to meet that tension with compassion, choose safety for yourself and others, and zoom out to the bigger picture of what truly matters.
Together we explore an image of the inner self as a bright, grounded presence, then gently merge it with the outer personality that navigates daily life. This alignment reduces the split between who you are and what you do. We reframe anxiety as tiny floating leaves—seen, named, and transformed as your inner light expands—shifting worry into ease, doubt into confidence, and fear into love. You’ll leave with a practical way to come back to center anytime: notice the breath breathing itself, feel the pause, and remember that you can choose your words, actions, and attention even when the world is loud.
If this practice helps you find a little more calm and clarity, share it with someone who needs a steady breath today. Subscribe for more guided sessions, and leave a review to tell us what shifted for you.

Hello, this is Carrie. I'd like for you to get in a nice and comfortable position. It either can be sitting back or lying back. If you can, try to be in a place where you're free of distractions. And if there are some distractions around you, I want you to set the intention now to just let them fade away off in the distance in the background as if you could just tune it out and then begin to breathe, appreciating the gift of breath. Get past the stage of trying to deepen the breath, just observe it. Witness the free flow of the breath. And as you witness and focus on your breathing, you might be able to feel or experience that subtle change, that slight shift. Trust by letting go or being trustworthy. Pick one that works for you and that allows you to open up your heart to breathe in and attune to the highest within as you embrace this space that you have created breathing in and breaking the boundaries of your localized self, creating more space in expansion. Feel the breath and perceive yourself now in a different light. And maybe upon us all, but you know what? Deep down, your heart and your spirit knows this chaos is meant to be. And let it be. You can learn from your breathing just by observing it and not trying to control it. And each time the air flows out, there's a pause of relaxation, like a gentle river flowing as the air flows out, and as the air flows out, the mind can be so silent that allows the ego to fade into the background, enveloped in silence, and you can surrender even more and trust the experience of the breath where the body is breathing all by itself. The emotional boundaries dissolve into nothingness, and there is no longer a desire or need to control everything. There's just a willingness and trust in letting go. And I want you to notice how you can drift down even deeper into this calm and comfortable feeling. Because right now there is nothing at all that you need to do. Just relax, trust this process, and just let the boundaries, the walls, the blocks go. Just let them all fade away from the mind. Because you have recently made some major changes in your lifestyle. We all have, which has been causing you to feel a level of anxiety. And even though you know that these changes are for the better, which is why you have decided to use this process. You have decided to utilize your mind, your heart, your soul, and the wisdom within you to accept these changes for what they are. Some might seem unnecessary, but it's for your safety. It's for your well-being and the safety of others. It can also be improvements in your life, which will ultimately lead to happier times ahead. And it is understandable that you held these experiences with a certain amount of trepidation. Because after all, we are creatures of habit. We all can get easily settled in our own ways. But you know what? There is always change. There are always changes that will have to be made in our lives. Affecting the changes that you have made must have taken a very important decision. I'm sure you probably weighed the pros and the cons in your mind very carefully. Some you might have agreed with, and others you might not have. But I want you to step back and look at the whole picture. You are mature, you are wise, you can reason, you can make decisions, and you can make those decisions for the greater good of the whole. Because at time, some of these changes just don't impact you, they impact many other lives, and with the chaos going on, and the world events that are so unsettling and so unfamiliar, I can understand that anxiety, but you're really putting things together. You're really making the choice to change your life, to change the way you interact at home, with friends, at work, with your partner, with every stage of your life, maybe, and you know you can adapt. You can adapt to these changes that keep you safe, that keep you healthy, that fill you with strength and confidence, and peace of mind, and so you adapt. Because there has always been one very stable place in your life, and that place is your inner self. There is a part of you that has been with you from the moment you were conceived. It's looking after you. It's been guiding you. It's been helping you make the correct choices in life. And even if you once or twice made a wrong choice, you learned from it. And you know what? Sometimes an incorrect choice can lead to something totally different. For as one door closes, another one eventually opens. And so let's visit your inner self right now. See yourself as a brilliant white light.
SPEAKER_00:That's it. You're so bright.
SPEAKER_01:And notice if there's a certain shape about you or a certain feeling, but really connect to this presence which is you and experience it in your own unique way. And as you see that bright white light, I want you to thank your inner self for its guidance, its dedication and love. Thank it for everything it's ever done for you. That bright light is filled with wisdom, courage, strength, and the willingness, the openness to change, to take the high road, to rise above the chaos. That's it. Now imagine that there's an outer personality, the one that deals with everyday situations. What's that color look like? That shape. And now allow the two to merge together that white light and that outer personality. And see and feel them blending, blending with your inner self, strengthening the feelings of safety and security, knowing that you are strongly connected. You're strongly connected more than you ever realized. But you realize it now. And this creates within you an inner feeling of true calm and tranquility. That you know this change that you're going through, you can accept, you can adapt to it, you can create a new routine, a new habit, a new healthy structure, and a way of living existing and being for you. And there still can be chaos in the world around you, and you choose to no longer get sucked in. You choose to no longer feel out of control. You choose to be calm, relaxed, grounded, and in control of you. And so I want you to think back now to some of the anxious thoughts and feelings that you were experiencing. And I want you to sense and feel it as that anxiety is free-floating anxiety because it had nowhere else to go. Imagine the anxiety almost like tiny, tiny little floating floating leaves. They're almost transparent, insignificant, and they're just floating in the air. One might be called anxiety, another one worry, and another one doubt. And perhaps there might be one that made you feel unsettled. Now go back to your inner self, that strong, positive self, that empowered, that grounded, that centered, that magnificent self, and allow that inner self to project its calm, loving essence out that inner self that is dedicated, that is caring, yet so strong, so energetic, and like an aura, it grows larger and larger. Maybe colors appear, healing those old negative feelings and thoughts, transforming those leaves from worry into happiness, from doubt into confidence, from fear into love, surrounding you with loving and positive thoughts and feelings, and so you now experience this wonderful sense of calmness and confidence that you can accept the changes, that you can accept that you no longer need, want or desire to micromanage or control everything. There can be chaos going around you, yet you are in control of your thoughts, your emotions, your words, your actions, your behaviors. And so when you begin to feel that disconnection, I want you to always remember that you can reconnect with your inner self whenever you wish, whenever you need to, by simply going inside, connecting once more with your inner self, and feeling the strength that you can do this. You can be calm and peaceful during this great change. You can transform any potential anxieties, and you can let them just float on by, no longer feeding into the chaos, to the news or the drama. You're making healthy choices for you, for your life, for your family, for your home, for your career, and so stay here in this wonderful place of peace and calm, knowing that you do have choices, and you're gonna make the right choice for you and the ones that you love, and you're gonna be okay. You are okay, and everything in life is always temporary. This change will pass, and so enjoy, relax, breathe. That's right. You're okay, and it is so.
