Host Crystal Alvarez is a queer, first-generation Latina with a lifelong passion for leadership, creativity, and multimedia. She is a leadership coach, entrepreneur, digital strategist, multimedia journalist, DEI professor, and youth soccer coach. Her mission is to empower the Latinx community to thrive by sharing leadership tools and amplifying the stories of Latinx leaders - with the hope of starting a chain reaction of positive impact that lasts generations.
