- What are the signs that you're exhausted?
- What are the excuses you use when you're totally fine, but just don't wanna work?
- Review of own development
- Tip: Respect the importance of a true rest day. Notice your exhaustion levels.
- Challenge: Take a true rest day, or as close to one as you possibly can.
