In this episode I share my own experience with strength and gym training.
You see, it's a common belief that when you turn 40 everything turns into custard, your body refuses to co-operate and basically starts falling apart. There is generally quite a bit of fear involved with getting older especially when it comes to your ability to maintain a good training intensity and getting results.
Listen to this episode to discovery whether I agree with this notion.

I started strength training/lifting weights at a very tender age of 14 and have been relatively consistent ever since. So I am in a position to draw a comparison between training in my 20's, 30's and now 40's. The challenges, the advantages and disadvantages and how I dealt with them all... all will be revealed.
