Black & Blue was created to give Minority Law Enforcement personnel an outlet to discuss sensitive topics that occur while being a minority (particularly Black Law Enforcement Personnel) in Law Enforcement.  Black & Blue  Podcast will cover numerous topics/interviews of various Law Enforcement personnel that will discuss the weight of the profession, how to successfully maneuver through the highs and lows of the profession and address how do we to get the next generation interested in pursuing a dynamic career in law enforcement!
