The greatest power against stress is choosing one thought over another.  Managing stress and prioritizing recovery is necessary to improve your health and align with your well-being goals.  Stress is all about perception.  Our brain is constantly taking information in about our environment and combining that with information from our lived experiences to determine if we are safe or under threat.  CONSTANTLY.

In this episode, we talk about recovery and stress management practices that you can start applying today.  We also shared more about our career paths and how these self care/ stress management practices have improved our own well-being.
