In this episode, we dissect the world of diet culture, yo-yo dieting and body image.  We explore examples of diet culture and how prevalent it is in our society and how this affects individuals’ relationships with food and their bodies. 

We also talk about the harmful effects of yo-yo dieting, which is when individuals repeatedly lose and regain weight, often leading to feelings of failure and shame.  We provide insights into reasons why yo-yo dieting is ineffective and discuss 3 things to focus on instead to get 1% better each day to create sustainability with your health.
