In this episode, I share the strong connection between our minds and the suffering we experience.  Oftentimes, it's ourselves and our own self-limiting beliefs that create and cause blockages, manifesting as dis-ease, both physical AND mental discomforts in our lives.

This episode reveals many specific methods and practices to clear self-limiting beliefs and clear energetic blockages to allow abundance to flow.  Harnessing the power of our body and breath, we can cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and our unlocked potential.  Repeating mantras, enhancing concentration, flow activities, meditation and journaling also provide a pathway to releasing emotional baggage and negative thought patterns. 

The most important thing to remember is to show yourself compassion and kindness to strengthen your muscle of mindfulness and gently release attachments.
