Engaging, funny, and rarely – as in never - at a loss for words, Union’s Tressa Barnes and Myra Robinson are on a mission to celebrate and highlight the businesses and organizations that help grow, foster, and care for those who live in the communities Union serves in Wyoming, and some of our closest neighbors in Colorado, and Utah. (They’re practically Wyomingites.)

In conversations running a gamut of topics, you’ll get insight into what drives the entrepreneurs and small business owners that make Wyoming tick. You’ll laugh. You may cry. But mostly you’ll come away with a better understanding of the Cowboy state and its people.

We hope that others will be inspired to support these efforts or follow in their footsteps in altruistic undertakings of their own. Because a journey of a thousand miles always begins with a single step.

Hi, I’m Myra Robinson!

I was born in rural Appalachia but have spent most of my career in Wyoming (proud to be an honorary Wyomingite).

I am a lover of all things creative and pushing the envelope of imagination. Over the last few years, I have assisted in the cultivation of Union’s Giving Back Program. Community involvement is my jam, and brand awareness is my peanut butter. 😉

Authentic Wyoming was born from these two amazing things. What started as a social campaign has now grown into this totally rad podcast. I can’t wait to share with you the hidden gems that makes the Rocky Mountain Region such a special place to live.

I am passionate about bringing awareness, learning, and connecting with organizations and influencers that elevate the communities we live in. I am a lifelong learner and voracious reader, and I'm constantly seeking knowledge for personal growth to share with others.

I have a genuine interest in people and their stories. My goal is to foster an environment where guests feel comfortable opening up and providing information and transformative stories that inspire and educate our listeners.
