Meet Sandy Correa, co-founder of Two Peacocks Travel—a powerhouse of resilience, passion, and adventure! The proud daughter of an immigrant mother from El Salvador 🇸🇻 and a Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 military veteran, Sandy’s story is one of grit and heart. As a single mother, she wears many hats 🎩 —mother, sister, daughter, and entrepreneur —balancing them all with unwavering determination.

After a successful career in healthcare administration, making an impact in some of Los Angeles County’s largest hospitals, Sandy has retired from the field but remains as driven as ever. Sixteen years ago, she fearlessly launched her Farmer’s Insurance business, and she continues to embrace new opportunities. Beyond work, she is an avid Genealogist 💡, a proud board member of Roosevelt High School’s Alumni Foundation💛❤️, and a mighty UC Santa Cruz Banana Slug 🐌 .
