What is Emotional Eating? 

It is essentially eating in response to an emotion(positive or negative) but not specifically to satisfy hunger. 

We all do it, some people do it 2x a year, some every day, and it can be triggered by any emotion.

It is NOT TO NEVER EMOTIONALLY EAT but  so it doesn't take control of you

  • Identifying what triggers you to emotional eat/drink
