We have evolved the featured content for this podcast - based on the feedback and insights I have had from my clients and the community at large...

In this episode and future episodes, we shift the focus from purely weight management to addressing the root cause of certain behaviours that have been preventing us from losing weight but also becoming the authentic version of ourselves that we were destined to be... 

Once we start to embrace who we are, address the areas holding us back and start to act in alignment with our authentic vision of ourselves... we not only improve our wellbeing and health, we also begin to achieve other significant goals.

It's not about the weight you want to lose. Or the promotion you want to get. It's about who you want to become - professionally and personally. This podcast will give you strategies, tips and insights to help you discover who you are at your core. And identify what may be causing you to be disconnected from your authentic self and undertake self sabotaging behaviours that don't serve you well. 

This connection has resulted in clients losing weight, changing careers, getting promotions, earning more money, starting new relationships and improving the way they feel about themselves inside and out...

And I will be sharing with you stories and challenges from other members to support you in your journey to become authentically you...
